Technical Qualification:  D.T.C(BSC.DTC) in Textile chemistry passed in June -2002 From M.S.University, Baroda with securing 55% .  Passed B.Sc.(Chemistry) in April- 2000 from Gujarat University (Ahmedabad) with 51% .


Current Organization : Working with Ocean India Pvt. Ltd. ( Brandix Group) Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh as a “Dyeing Manager” since june-2010. The most advanced plant with new business technology & having yarn to garment concept. Having all imported machineries like Fongs Dyeing machine, Lafer O/w compactor, Monfong’s Stenter & Dryer, Lafer’s Suiding, sharing & Brushing M/cs.

My Roll:  Handling currently 15 Tones of production with the entire team.  Responsible for the daily Production & Quality Issues.  Daily M/c wise Production Planning as per the urgency to meet OTD.  Closely monitoring the working attitude of Executive & Non-executives.  Responsible for the inventory management.  Responsible to achieve daily & Monthly target Production.  Responsible for the overall Training & Evaluation for Executive & Nonexecutives.  Leading Person for the improvement of 5s & kaizen.

Fourth Organization: Worked with M/s. ARVIND LTD. (Knitwear Business Division), Santej, Gujarat (A Unit of Lalbhai Group) as a Feb.2010 to June 2010 as Manager Manufacturing(M1), Manufacturing Officer(E1) since May 2005 to Aug 2008 and Officer Trainee(O.T) since May 2003 to June 2005 , most modern Knit-Wear Processing Plant equipped with SCALOS DYEING MACHINE & SCALOS DYEING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, SANTA STRECH, SANTA SHRINK, SANTA SPREAD, SANTA O/W COMPACTOR, TUBETEX, 4-ROLL PAD DRUM DRYER, TUBETEX COMPACTOR, LAFFER FOR BRUSHING AND BABCOCK STENTER having capacity to produce 15 tones of Dyeing goods per day. RESPONSIBILITIES: As an Manager Manufacturing , I am responsible for meeting target production and quality of Dyeing goods of entire dyeing dept. co-ordination with the planning dept. to facilitate program, also co-ordination with Finishing Dept. , Dyeing Lab ,Knitting dept.& Inspection Dept., for smooth material movement in the dept.

We are processing 15-16 tones of fabrics per day of customer like NIKE,M&S, LEE, OUTERBANK, SARALEE, LOUIS-PHILLIPS, REEBOK, EDDIE BAURE, etc. of Jersey, Pique, Interlock Modal/Lycra, Cotton/Nylon, Polyester/Cotton, and feeder stripes jacquard style. We are also doing special finishes like NANO, RESIN, WICKING, SILICON, ANTIMICROBIAL FINISH etc. as per customer’s requirement. Achievement & Special Project Handel :

1. To Change all MLR 1:8 to 1:6 and 1:7 within same quality level maintane within timeline to reduce chemical and utility cost in Ocean India. 2. Have especially worked on Bulk to Bulk productivity & achieved a target of 95% in Ocean India. 3. Have especially worked on Lab to Bulk productivity & achieved a target of 80% previous time only 10 % . 4. Worked leading TQMI Activity of ‘5S’ as well. 5. MANAGING a project of SDM (SCLAVOS DYEING MANAGEMENT) which ends at dyeing time reduction & have achieved three batches per day in Arvind in regular production. 6. Have especially worked on Lab to Bulk productivity & achieved a target of 94% in Arvind.
Third Organization:

I am worked as Area Sales cordinator(Clariant business) in Remik Group of Company , Ahmedabad from Aug.2008 to Feb. 2010 . Main business Textile chemical ,dyes & Auxiliary authorizes Distributer , yearly turn over approx 180 crores. Main responsibility to develop new business with maintain current business target. - To achieve given target base sales . - Outstanding reminder weakly & montly base to customer and collection also. - Stock management planning according to customer regular order base . - Daily meeting with customer and getting product feedback . - Handling customer complains and review sales figure weakly base and monthly base.

Second Organization: Worked with M/s.Jindal Wordwild Ltd , Vatva Ahmedabad as Sept. 2002 to May 2003 as Dyeing Trainee Supervisor. Winch and soft flow dyeing machine knowledge cotton knits.

First Organization: Worked with M/s.Mangal Textile( Pvt) Ltd , Vatva Ahmedabad as a Trainee Supervisor May 2000 to June 2001. Work with Jet dyeing machine with Pet & Cotton Blend and 100% Polyester fabric dyeing .

Auxiliaries and Dye-stuff Exposure :
1. In depth knowledge of all brands of Reactive dye-stuffs & their individual behaviours of Exhaustion & Fixation. This include Cibachron FN , W , Sun win & H brands full range. Drimarine CL – full range. Dystar HEXL & XLE full range. Drimarine Foron Dyes & Dyestar XF dyes for Pet dyeing Knowlegde with Nylon dyeing knowledge. Remazol RR,CA & Levafix CA , E Sumifix , Amtex series & all local & international dye-stuffs. 2. Experience in dyeing of Turquoise & its combination shades. 3. Good technical knowledge of dyeing methods for all brands to ensure better fabric quality & level dyeing.
