Children’s Home Fifth Sunday Offering - today - Summer is in full swing at the FL United Methodist Children’s Home. Summertime means the boys & girls are home from school & it is our task to make sure each child has a fun, active, productive & positive summer. Your Fifth Sunday Offering support is critical for us to continue to reach out in the name & spirit of Jesus Christ to all the children, youth & families that turn to us for help. We hope that each of you will be able to do something to help the children & youth in care find healing, wholeness & hope. Sunday Theme for August 5 - White Sunday - The following items are needed: toilet tissue, 6 oz. or 8 oz. foam or paper cups and 55 gallon heavy-duty trash can liners. Thank you - The family of Kenneth Kinsey would like to express their thanks for all the prayers, phone calls & cards they received at his passing. Thank you so much, Vivian Bathurst New Member Class - On Sunday, August 19th at 12:45 P.M., I will host a new member class in my office.
