Therefore the offices of the second and third floor have been planned as long sections while there is an open space in the center of the construction.  There will be the most developed systems of air conditioning, ventilation and lighting.  The windows glasses will be triplex with low energy coat and the external insulation will be total.  All the windows will be equipped with mechanical external blinds.  People with disabilities will have their exclusive accesses.  The underground parking area will have an automated fire extinguisher and alarm system.  There will be special planting on the walls with protected insulation.  The planting on the open space of the first floor and on the roof will improve the small climate of the around area. Eleftheriou Benizelou avenue is the main road of Kallithea district. The area is densely populated with a great commercial value. Around the property there are major commercial chains of electrical appliances and super markets. Companies like BASILOPOULOS, DIA, BEROPOULOS, KOTSOVOLOS, GALAKSIAS, ILEKTRONIKI, SIKARIS have chosen to install branches in that area. Consequently, the building is ideal for a super market, electrical appliances market, toys, furniture and cars.
