The Grand Council of the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania 1922, met Tuesday, July 24, 2012, in the Orient of Bucharest and proceeded to validate candidates for election to the office of Grand Master of the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania for the 2012-2014 mandate. The elections proclaimed our Sisters:

RUXANDRA HUCH, 33 (elected) Grand Master


and

DANIELA NAE, 32 (elected) Deputy Grand Master


Anda Huch is the second Sister who will assume the position of Grand Master of the oldest continental Feminine Grand Lodge and one of the main Masonic Obediences in Romania, after the rekindling of Romanian Freemasonry. According to MLFRs Regulation and Customs, the Grand Council will present to the Extraordinary Annual Communication of the MLFR in October 2012, for ratification and installation for the office of Grand Master Anda Huch, 33 and for the office of Deputy Grand Master Daniela Nae, 32.

Anda Huch, 33 took an active part in rekindling MLFRs Lodges starting with 2000. Anda Huch, 33 was in the current legislature of Most Worshipful Grand Master Anca Nicolescu, 33, Grand Treasurer for 2004-2008, Grand Councillor for 2008-2010, Deputy Grand Master for 2010-2012. Anda Huch, 33 is a member of Steaua Dunrii Chapter founded in 1922 and revived, founding member of Hyperion Areopagus, founding member of the Feminine Consistory of 32 Degree.

Daniela Nae, 32 is from 2009 and until now, for this legislature, Grand Secretary General. Daniela Nae, 32 is a member of the Steaua Dunrii Chapter, Hyperion Areopagus and of the Romanian Feminine Consistory of 32 Degree.

Both candidates have stressed for future governance program the need and the intention to continue the program initiated by the current team under Most Worshipful Grand Master Anca Nicolescu, 33, updated with proposals corresponding to the evolution of the Obedience, consolidating the already finished projects, continuing the ongoing and taking all necessary measures which should be realized within the next office.

The outlined priorities are: Tenaciously keeping the Lights within our Temples; Preserving our Orders Unity; Enhancing involvement and societal activities; High defense of the freedoms of thought and expression of morality and of the Institutions of the State; Perpetuating the existing relations of friendship with all foreign Obediences and Masonic Bodies with which we have Mutual Recognition Treaties, initiating new relationships and signing new Treaties of Friendship and Mutual Recognition; Perpetuating all relations of collaboration with CLIPSAS, CPMAM, REHFRAM, COMAM, CIMAS and UME, where the Feminine Grand Lodge of Romania 1922 acts as member.
