1. Third Year Project: Design and Fabrication of Data Acquisition System for Vibration.

Description: The project designed here is quite useful for vibration analysis .Generally
vibration in machine parts is a killer and it has to be controlled, for vibration control prediction of vibration signatures is mandatory. This DAS software is used to get the vibration signals from vibration meter and to generate vibration spectrum with the available data.

2. Final Year Project: Experimental Characteristics of Mechanical Vibration in

Wind Turbines.

Description: In this period of high energy crisis wind energy is more observed for its
rated power generation with less pollution, but wind turbine suffers high maintenance cost due to vibration in its mechanical components. This project deals with vibration measurement and root cause analysis for study of vibration characteristics in wind turbine components to take necessary action such as vibration isolation or damping.

Industrial Exposure: Industrial Visit:

Visited Simpsons, Ashok Leyland ,CIPET, ICF, Balaji castings and North Chennai power plant

In Plant Training:
Undergone in plant training in FORD INDIA PVT LTD, KANCHEEPURAM DISTRICT. Attended placement training conducted by WORK SENSES-INFOSYS.
