ACTUAL OUTPUT Insights DAY 1 On our first day, we were assigned to a foster family. We stayed to their house for a while to conduct an interview and to get their vital signs. I played with my patients daughter and got close to her. After that we went to the brgy hall to inform and ask them if we can conduct a health teaching which they agreed to. vital signs and remind them about the health teaching. Then we went to the brgy hall to stay there for a while and to start organizing the things needed for next weeks D-day. DAY 3 One day to go and this is it! We were all excited yet nervous for tomorrow. We distribute our invitations to our families and asked them to come. Then we sat down for a while to finalize and finish the program for next week. DAY 5 This is the day weve been waiting for! As soon as we get there we set the place up and prepare everything. People are starting to come and we took their vital signs. Rmon started the program with a prayer and I sang the national anthem, after that maam did a
