Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 3 by Lot 4045, Calauag Cad., on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 3992-D-3 of the subdivision plan, on the SW, points 4 to 1 by Lot 3992-D-13 and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 3992-D-1, both of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan being S. 85 deg. 04’ E., 547.68 m. from BLLM 2, thence N. 15 deg. 56’. Cad. Record No. 899), situated in the Barrio of Sta. Maria, Municipality of Calauag, Province of Quezon, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NW., points 2 to 3 by Lot 3992-D-1-B, of the subdivision plan; on the SE., points 3 to 1 by Lot 399-D-2 (LRC) Psd-69733; on the SW., points 1 to 2, by Lot 2568, Psd-2859, (Tomas A. Morato); Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being S.85 deg.04”E., 547.68 m. from BBLM 2, Mp. of Calauag, Quezon; thence N. 18 deg. 36’W., 32.05 m. to point 2; thence N.80 deg. 36’E, 20.10 m. to point 3; thence S.15 deg.56’W., 35.00 m. to point of beginning; Containing an area of Three Hundred and Eighteen (318), Square Meters, more or less. It is understood between the contracting parties, that; 1. The above-stated earnest money deposit of P___________, shall be applied as partial payment of the purchase price of PESOS: _______________________(P________________).
