Espinosa Family’s Rice Pudding

2 c White Rice 6 c Water 3 whole Cinnamon Sticks ½ bag (12 oz) Raisins 1 c Whole Milk 1 can (5 oz) Evaporated Milk 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk ½ c Sugar

Add Ground Cinnamon to taste

Directions: 1. Boil rice, water, cinnamon sticks & raisins on medium heat till thick (most of water gone, rice is plumping up)… Stirring often 2. Add whole milk and evaporated milk – cook until thick again… KEEP STIRRING! 3. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir, then add sugar slowly… KEEP STIRRING! 4. Pudding is finished when rice is tender to the bite. Remove cinnamon sticks, and serve with desired amount of ground cinnamon sprinkled on top.
