Mr. Suparwanto currently is President Director of Prasetya Nusantara and also one of its founders. Under his leadership since 2004, Prasetya Nusantara has transformed into one of reliable consulting company and delivered to clients a broad range of services and solutions ranging from Consulting to Recruitment & Outsourcing. Prior joining to Prasetya Nusantara, Mr. Suparwanto spent about 30 years at AJB Bumiputera 1912, the biggest insurance company in Indonesia, where he was once President Director and brought Bumiputera into survival from economic crisis. He was also commissioner of PT. Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Jamsostek) and several insurance companies such PT. Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia, PT. John Hancock Indonesia and etc. He was also active in several business associations such Asean Confederation of Employer as President from 2000 to 2002, Employers’ Association of Indonesia (APINDO) as President from1998 to 2003, also Chamber of Commerce as Chairman of Industrial Relations Compartment from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Lukman is now Director of Prasetya Nusantara that has given contribution for its internal development. He was active in Finance Department for several years in Financial and Development supervisory Board, and also got the position as Head of National Treasury Bureau. He was once also Director of PT. Jaminan Sosial Tenaga Kerja (Jamsostek) and commisionner in PT. Industri Soda Indonesia dan PT. Bank Agro Niaga. Now he is being active as lecturer in STIE Perbanas Jakarta.
