Senator Bevins I write in response to your January letter (posted on Peter Heimlich's website) to Illinois Attorney General, Lisa Madigan defaming the good name and reputation of those of Save A Life Foundation (SALF). I would hope you would investigate both sides of the story before making false accusations. To enlighten you, the students of Dixon schools were taught/saved lives with SALF's life saving curriculum instructed by off-duty Dixon City Fire Department EMS professionals, which operated through a Branch at St. John's Hospital, Springfield. Being a Representative of the 45th District constituents keep vigilant that you do not get tangled in a web of fabricated accusations towards honest citizens, especially when it's managed by one unemployed man with hundreds of pseudonyms/alias. Through investigation you will find that Peter Heimlich is notorious for destroying the credibility of anyone associated with his father, Dr. Henry Heimlich (Heimlich Maneuver). Early on, when Peter's scheme manifested, your colleagues along with the mainstream media had advised not to engage in his conspiracy to discredit his father (a member of SALF's Medical Board). Peter's vindictive motives ignited as a result of being banned from his mother (Jane Heimlich, heiress to Arthur Murray Dance Studio) family's fortune. (New Republic article end.) In 2007 the Illinois Inspector General's Executive Ethics Commission thoroughly examined SALF's finance records (ruling a significant debt owed by the Foundation to Spizzirri), independent audits since its inception in 1993, state and federal quarterly reports, confirming the number of children taught against instructors' student SCANTRONs; ascertaining the Foundation to be in Good Standings, its report was handed to Attorney General Lisa Madigan and Governor Quinn; file closed 2008; by law the OEIG records are not available to the public. This investigation took place to offset the negative ABC 7 story generated by Peter Heimlich against SALF.
Your law enforcement preparation surely engrained investigating any allegation before establishing accusations; more importantly these same principles must be embedded in representing the people of Illinois. I urge you to discount Peter Heimlich before he adds you to his hit list of victims as he has done too many whose only interests are securing justice.
Remaining anonymous, End. CcAG Lisa Madigan KareemKenyatta
