The continuous motion cartoning
machines of the CUK series are con-
ceived for applications with outputs
up to 400 cartons per minute. This
output can be achieved whether run-
ning inline with a blister machine or
equipped with infeed systems for
vials, bottles, ampoules or other phar-
maceutical products. The machines
excel with their GMP-compliant basic
machine structure in balcony design
with the packaging section being
strictly separated from the drive sec-
tion.

Operator Convenience
The CUK machine series offers a
fully integrated IPC machine control
system, including format data man-
agement and touch screen which is
21 CFR Part 11 compliant. Machine
control system from Allen Bradley is
optionally available.
Easy Carton Feed via Infeed Belt
The standard feed system is designed
for ergonomic manual carton feed.
The magazine belt takes the cartons
to the pickup magazine. A level con-
trol in the pickup magazine ensures a
constant vertical pressure for reliable
carton pickup.

Reliable Product Infeed Systems
We offer a wide variety of product
infeed systems for pharmaceutical and
cosmetic products. Appropriate devic-
es serve to feed product inserts such
as brochures, measuring spoons, etc.
Reliable Production Process
The production process is event con-
trolled and follows the active-pass
philosophy. Each individual compo-
nent, product, accessories and carton
is checked as early as possible in the
processing sequence.
Precise Carton Pickup and Setup
System
The positively controlled opening at
both carton ends and carton over-
breaking guarantees high functional
reliability. The space saving dust fap
handling ensures trouble free product
insertion.
Pharmaceutical Security
The production process is event- con-
trolled and follows the active- pass
philosophy. Each individual compo-
nent, blister, carton and leafet is
checked as early as possible in the
processing sequence. Each faulty com-
ponent is rejected individually.
Reliable Leaflet Handling:
Leafets, whether from the reel, sheet-
fed, or prefolded, can be folded in a
variety of patterns. During the entire
process the folded leafets are secure-
ly held by grippers.
Format Changeover
A fast, reliable and reproducible for-
mat change system incorporated. The
format change over is guided by the
operating panel where all mechanical
parameters are stored in the system
and can be set simply by default.
