Throwing into Blue Screen= Receive a snap every time from partner then go retrieve your own ball from the net. A. 10-12 yards away throw quick game, chop feet, quick release B. 15-20 yards away throw vertical, curl, smash routes into net (Work up into pocket after getting a solid three step drop) C. 10-15 yards away semi-roll and throw into net D. Partner moves you in pocket and throw
Long Toss A. Start out at 15-20 Yards and work back till you cannot get the ball there anymore. Once you get to that point stop and throw 20 throws each. Then work your way back together.
