The developed ERP System is a web-based concurrent-user supported application. Each and every user is able to get access into the application as per his role/responsibilities. As a Real Estate and Construction Company’s total business operation solution, the developed system ensures the fast and accurate information process and storage as per company business rules and intelligence. To compute the proper costing for projects as well as phase wise estimation cost is one of the salient features of the proposed system. Real Estate and Construction Company can operate its sales activities throughout the country by Locations, zones and it also can run many development projects simultaneously. The Forecast cost estimation of the new project and cost estimation for the projects taken and other departmental computing needs have been ensured in the developed ERP system in a dynamic manner. The developed ERP system is able to provide a window to track each and every project and its progress status. The developed system ensures all sort of complex calculation done to achieve complete picture of all ongoing projects and upcoming projects. The management can easily take decision based on initial forecasting of cost estimation about project initiation. If a new project is decided positively then the budget and cost estimation division prepares cost estimation and is acquainted with the management in details. The accounts department is only responsible for collecting various costs and expenses related info and store them to submit into the main existing Electronic Account System. At best, the system is completely able to provide reports required for any Department Body/Management Authority accurately and keeping it real.
