It includes Sales force opportunity object data as well. This lets companies automate nurturing ba sed on opportunity attributes such as opportunity stage, vertical market, specif ic products purchased or combinations thereof. It also enables post purchase cus tomer nurturing for customer on-boarding, up-selling, cross-selling and retentio n—functionality that is not possible with other marketing automation solutions.
