Position Title: Curriculum Manager (Web-based design)

Reporting to the Product Manager this position leads the execution of web-based lessons and system functionality relating to leadership, productivity, and team effectiveness using an established online system with online learning templates and a variety of interactive media and online learning techniques Big Picture  Manage development and delivery of web-based products serving the coordinator of lesson development and the Blanchard content expert  Schedule facilitate, and attend meetings to that end  Performs other related duties as assigned by management BCert Lessons, Functions  Works with authors to develop chosen content into BCert online lessons, ensuring quality and integrity of content and adherence to company standards  Initiates new lessons—taking outlined purpose and learning objectives and a chosen SME and turning them into tangible learning materials  Compiles, edits, writes, and rewrites author drafts for content, flow, and training design into web-based format (storyboards) for production  Work with content development team to provide graphic design, formatting, and layout vision to production artists, product developers, and engineers  Strategizes with Product Manager/General Manager to improve product development processes, including but not limited to writing standards and conventions BCert System, Process  Works with content development team to provide engineers with content relating to system functionality (ie. Learning and application tools to compliment or further online learning)  Work with content development team to provides graphic design, formatting, and layout vision to production artists, product developers, and engineers

Sitting for extended period of time to read, write and operate computer at desk
