HISTORY
The Outreach Committee was conceptualized during the 2012 Second Quarter Board of Trustees Meeting at the Starbucks SM Northwing Cebu during the re-organizational phase of the Cebu Bloggers Society Inc. It was decided that a Blogger Social Responsibility Arm be built and Jaysee Pingkian was entrusted the position under the leadership of Bjornson Bernales Vice-President External, Nancy Cudis Vice-President Internal and Ruben Licera Jr. President and Red Yumang of Corporate Affairs
