Appointments for Probationary and Regular posts shall be reviewed and signed by the CEO. The recruitment process has been always the key asset of an organization to successful in achieving its goal. . I can say that the hiring and selection process of the Universidad De Zamboanga though it’s a susceptible but sensible process. It only proves that the applicants are being screened well. With the correct recruitment of an employee. Appointments for casual and project-based posts shall be reviewed and signed by the Vice President for Administration. It is not about just getting or recruiting all the intelligent and smart applicants. which is to ensure efficient and suitable selection of applicants an timely deployment of competent employees. As a result organizational objectives will be easily obtained and achieved. organizations will be filled out with competent employees.5. COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATION Hiring and selection of employees in an organization is not an easy process that the human resource departments are doing. It is about the process of selecting the right employee for that vacant position in the organization. The recruitment process of the said university has been able to meet its hiring and selection objective. so that they can really ensure that they will be able to choose or hire the right personnel for a certain personnel position. It is because of the organized hiring and selection process of the said organization. For me it is about the formula of selecting the appropriate personnel for the right position to be resulted in achieving the goals and objective of the organization.
since from the beginning of the recruitment process until the end. Lastly. the applicants are being guided well. . Such as orientation. the newly hired applicants are being oriented before they deploy the personnel to their assigned position. Also to give more priority to those who have been newly graduated student to have a job.As we can see in the procedure flowchart of the hiring and selection process of the Universidad De Zamboanga. I can only recommend for the said university to post their job vacancy in every university so that more potential applicant will be given more chance and be notified.
