the remixes must complement and retain aspects of original song; the remixes are a convincing example of the chosen remix style; there is creative use of audio editing and effects to include timestretch audio, pitch shifting, tempo changes and audio processing; the creation of two mixdowns reflective of the remix styles. This should display competent contextual awareness and abilities of the remix style. The student should display elemental skills in using a DAW and a basic knowledge of the techniques that are required to achieve the mix types.
