User Experience / Interface – The mobile products and services must have a rich, easy to use, efficient user experience keeping customers in mind - it must also be a pleasure to use with top-notch design and form factor. Integration with Web Services – Mobile solutions need to access existing web services and provide safe, and secure solutions to protect important personal and financial information. Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction – The mobile solutions must provide a progressive solution to customers and the enterprise. Regulatory Compliance – The mobile solutions must follow best practices and adhere to banking standards and regulations. Security – Customers must be able to submit payments and deposits securely using mobile solution.

Mobile Centre of Excellence (mCoE) – Endeavour set up a Mobile Center of Excellence (mCoE) at Customer premises enabling people, process, tools and technology for building mobile solutions. Technology Planning – Proper technology planning consists of evaluating current technology architecture and developing a strategy that incorporates mobile technology as an intrinsic part of the enterprise infrastructure. Endeavour helps achieve this objective in a number of ways including: accessing and processing of enterprise data from diverse sources, secure and reliable enterprise data synchronization with mobile devices, custom Middleware Platforms / Standard MEAP requirements, MDM tools, and Data Privacy and Encryption, just to name a few. Technical Services / Operational Scaling – One of the biggest challenges large enterprises face with mobility is scaling and integrating new mobile solutions with existing applications and systems. Endeavour understands the challenges of managing such a large and potentially chaotic system, and worked with Customer to ensure mobile solutions are deployed through an integrated approach of using middleware to isolate software layers. Regulatory Compliance – Safety and security of personal and financial information is highest priority for all mobile implementations in banking. Customer and enterprise data must be accessible without compromising security. Endeavour ensured all the important information is well encrypted and protected against security threats and adheres to all industry regulations and policies. Security Architecture - Without proper security, mobile solutions and devices are at risk. This risk must be minimized and removed to implement a successful mobility strategy in banking. Endeavour leveraged its security implementation expertise including two factor authentication, user & device authentication and authorization, data security and encryption while building mobile solutions. Maintenance & Support - At Endeavour, we believe that while product/application support is a critical component of the software product management process; it often tends to be undervalued. As part of our Support Services we actively support the Customer with setting up organizational policies, self-support portals, and to provide multi-level support to resolve customer issues. With the proliferation of BYOD and the multitude of devices and operating systems in the marketplace, it is vital to provide continuous monitoring and up-gradation of infrastructure in order to extend support to such devices.

Fully integrated with Bank’s web services, the mobile app provides the same great services and tools their customer’s enjoy online, but they can now access and manage their account anytime, anywhere.
