AQUA A water class suitable for all levels utilising equipment. Great fun, energetic classes, motivating instructors! 45 mins. BABY BOOMERS Designed for the active person 45 years+, although all are welcome. Classes use hand weights, chi balls & fitballs for strength work. Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday classes 60 minutes. Wednesday 90 minutes class. BODY ATTACK Simple high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilisation exercises. A rapid calorie burner! Suits male and female. BODY BALANCE A beautiful blend of Yoga, Pilates and Tai-Chi set to music. The perfect way to rejuvenate. BODY COMBAT Combining elements of traditional martial arts including Tai Chi, Karate & Kick Boxing, this pre-choreographed class focuses on a non-contact & highly motivating workout. BODY PUMP A non-impact class that gives your body a complete workout using barbells & weights to music. BODY STEP Providing an energetic cardio workout to music, BODYSTEP delivers a cardio blast and tones the lower body while pushing fat-burning! BOXING Get the aggression out! A circuit in the Child Care room, or outdoors weather permitting, incorporating gloves, focus pads and overall conditioning work. For hygiene reasons all boxing participants are recommended to provide their own Inners (available for purchase at KRC reception). CIRCUIT: A great mix of strength and cardio training in the gym (outdoors, weather/space permitting) led by motivating Personal Trainers. Suitable for males & females, mixed ages and fitness levels. COMBO Combines HiLo, Conditioning, Step etc. High levels of intensity & choreography for the experienced, but options are also offered. experienced participant. COMMUNITY AQUA A program extremely beneficial for people with physical limitations, neurological conditions, chronic illness & stroke. N.B. Runs in School Terms only; Carers attend at no charge. CYCLING Indoor cycle classes provide a great cardiovascular exercise. DANZIKA Danzika is the same as Zumba but freestyle. Led by Carlos, a professional dancer, the class is great fun for all levels! FITBALL Combines Low Impact Cardio with Core Training for a great all over workout. For all levels! G.I.S.T Gentle Introduction to Strength Training for the older adult. This is a chair class suitable for frail and elderly. Used flexibly, chi balls etc and includes balance work. GENERATION GYM A gentle group fitness class for those 50+ years in the aerobics studio. 60 minute class. HILO An energetic freestyle aerobics class! Great fun. Lots of variety, led by motivating instructors. PILATES / PILATES ON THE BALL Emphasising core stability & posture, mat work Pilates is great for muscle conditioning. Pilates on the ball is a 45 min workout with use of fit balls. Aimed at into - adv with options for beginners. SUPER POWER WALK A fitness walk for those looking for more than a stroll around Kews beautiful parks and trails. Suits the fitter participant, but slower walkers are welcome. 1-1.5 hours duration. Exercises are included whilst the back group catches up-push ups, squats, dips etc. POWER WALK For beginner to intermediate walkers. 57kms. Power walk plus 910kms PRYME AQUA A gentle yet challenging aqua aerobics class to suit the specific needs of those over 50. 45 mins CHI BALL A brand new class! Featuring small balls for strength, stability and balance. Suitable for all levels. TOTAL TONE Combines low impact aerobics with a toning component, utilising hand weights & floor work. AQUA SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS As per normal Aqua classes and children over 12 years are welcome to YOGA Yoga creates energy, strength, flexibility and wellbeing while aligning and balancing the body. Yoga stretch is a stretch class based on Yoga principles. All ages and fitness levels welcome. ZUMBA Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness class thats loads of FUN! BODY PUMP XPRESS A non-impact class that gives your body a complete workout using barbells & weights to music. All ages and levels welcome!. Suits males and females. 30 mins.

Late entry to classes more than 5 minutes after commencement is not permitted. Children are not permitted in the Group Fitness room due to safety concerns. All participants must be over 16 years of age (Youth Gym Members exempt).
Most Group Fitness Studio classes are 55 minutes duration unless otherwise indicated. Please bring a sweat towel and drink bottle. Return equipment after use. Participants must obtain a ticket for all classes from Reception.
