10-Year Note – (1.672) Weekly, semiannual, quarterly and annual value levels are 1.823, 1.853, 2.109 and 2.502 with a monthly pivot at 1.681, and daily and semiannual risky levels at 1.559 and 1.389. Comex Gold – ($1792.7) Semiannual, monthly and annual value levels are $1702.5, $1643.3, $1606.0 and $1575.8 with a daily pivot at $1787.1, and weekly and quarterly risky levels at $1826.3, $1844.9 and $1881.4. Set a new 2012 high at $1797.7 on Thursday. Nymex Crude Oil – ($91.61) Daily and semiannual value levels are $90.32 and $76.71 as my monthly pivot at $91.34 was tested on Thursday. Weekly, annual and quarterly risky levels are $98.53, $103.58 and $107.63. The Euro – (1.2899) Semiannual, daily and monthly value levels are 1.2917, 1.2911 and 1.2589 with weekly, quarterly and annual risky levels at 1.3024, 1.3048 and 1.4239. Dow Industrials stay positive but overbought on their weekly chart with a close today above its five-week modified moving average at 13,299. Dow Transports stay negative on their weekly chart with a close today below its five-week MMA at 5038. The SOX stays negative given a weekly close below its five-week MMA at 392.72. The other major averages will have positive but overbought weekly charts on closes above five-week MMAs at 1425.6 S&P 500, 3090 NASDAQ and 829.42 Russell 2000. The major averages straddle monthly levels at 13,506 Dow Industrials, 1468.0 SPX, 3210 NASDAQ, 4859 Dow Transports, and 827.70 Russell 2000. Daily Dow: (13,575) Daily, annual and semiannual value levels are 13,427, 12,312 and 10,738 with a monthly pivot at 13,506, and annual and quarterly risky levels at 14,032 and 14,192. The QE3 high is 13,653.24 on September 14. S&P 500 – (1461.4) Daily, annual and semiannual value levels are 1437.9, 1363.2 and 1059.7 with monthly, quarterly and annual risky levels at 1468.0, 1513.3 and 1562.9. The QE3 high is 1474.51 on September 14. NASDAQ – (3149) Daily, annual and semiannual value levels are 3091, 2698 and 2527 with monthly, annual, weekly, and quarterly risky levels at 3210, 3232, 3247 and 3295. The QE3 high is 3196.93 on September 21. Dow Transports – (5013) Daily, monthly and semiannual value levels are 4920, 4859, 4449 and 4129 with a weekly pivot at 4996, and quarterly and annual risky levels at 5541 and 5861.
