Apple, Carrot and Potato Soup

INGREDIENTS Apple Carrot Potatoes Onions Oil 1 cup(peeled and chopped) 2 tbsp(peeled and chopped) 1/4 cup (peeled and chopped) 1 tbsp (chopped) 1 tsp

METHOD: v Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and saute the onion for  minutes. v Add the apple, carrot and potato and saute for  to  minutes. v Add 1 cup of water and pressure cook for  to  whistles. v Cool and pure in a liquidizer. v Strain and re-heat before serving.
