20-20-20 A class that combines hi-lo aerobics, step and a resistance workout, complimented with an abdominal workout. Abs blast Blast fat and tighten and tone your midsection with this 30 minute crunch plan! BODYPUMP A class using barbells and adjustable weights to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning. Bootcamp A total body workout which involves moving from one exercise to another with little or no rest. This strict regime to motivational music is a fun effective class and a great fat burner. Boxercise A high energy challenging workout using gloves, focus pads and boxing styles, which improves fitness, co-ordination, skill and timing. The express class offers all the benefits of a regular spin class but squeezed into half an hour to give you a kick start to your day! Kettlercise A class that incorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group atmosphere. Regular kettlebell training is typically carried out using heavy weights whereas kettlercise is carried out using light weights and is set out in a nonstop routine that will work every single muscle in your body to ensure you melt away fat, tone up, improve core stability and dramatically improve endurance. It is effectively a three in one workout incorporating cardio, weight training and core training. Legs, bums & tums (LBT) An aerobics focused class designed to tone the lower body. A mix of high/low impact moves combined with floor work for muscle toning. Pilates Developed to offer a conditioning and toning technique that targets the deep muscles supporting the spine and major joints. Step Use the step platform to keep your mind busy and your heart pumping. This is a great place to start if you are new to step, just coming back, or want to keep working on your skills. Step increases cardiovascular fitness, strengthens the lower body, increases co-ordination and burns up to 575 calories/hour. Young at heart An aerobics class specifically designed for the over 50s.

Zumba A latin inspired dance fitness class, suitable for all levels. Come and workout to the sounds of pulsating latin rhythms with easy to follow dance moves.
