Course Description: The course offers a broad discussion MS Office designed to provide students with an appreciation for and understanding of the different windows application. Microsoft Word topics include creating documents, working with text, customizing documents using tables and storing and printing documents, advance formatting, master documents, navigation and tables and charts. In MS EXCEL, topics include: introduction, formatting, workbooks, formulas, advance editing, security and auditing, and numbers and ranges. Including presentations in MS PowerPoint and how to send and print mails, using calendar in an application of MS Outlook. Course Objectives: At the end of the term, the students are expected to be familiar with the different aspects of MS Office. Specifically, the student should be able to: a. Know the different application of MS Office. b. Use different presentations of MS Office including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. c. Familiarize with different application of MS Office.
