INTRODUCTION
Invented in the year 1820, gas stoves became a real success in the 1880s. Ow

The first gas stoves were developed as early as the 1820sin UK , but these remained isolated experiments. James Sharp patented a gas stove in Northampton, England in 1826 and opened a gas stove factory in 1836. The role of the Indian home kitchen is very important it is the soul of an Indian home and it used to be considered the sanctum sanctorum of the Indian household. Food is an integral part of Indian culture as in most cultures, and plays an important role in the family life and in the festival celebrations. In fact, most Indian families still sit down together to enjoy their meals.

An Indian kitchen stores spices, herbs, oils, grains, pulses, uses the mortar and pestle, matkas, bharanis, degchis, pakkads and tawas etc, which have kept the Indian cuisine alive and also popularised it all over the world. The Indian cuisine is an amalgamation of different cooking styles and tastes of its different regions, and has been changing over the years.

Along with the ingredients, it is the usage of unique utensils, items, kitchen helpers, that has brought in the Indian identity. But slowly change has crept in and the Indian home kitchens have undergone a metamorphosis into sleek, chic, modern presentations. Some, products, processes, beliefs, have been replaced, though still carrying along whiffs and remainders of the past. These changes are less visible in rural homes and middle income urban homes as compared to higher income urban homes. A study of some of these interesting, and uniquely designed Indian kitchen products, beliefs, enrich ones understanding of a facet of Indian culture and also its identity. The following pages take one through such a journey where some old, some new kitchen products which are a part of our daily lives are briefly explained. All we know, Bangladesh is in resources of natural gas. This gas is used in vast quantity in form of LP gas in both home and industrial appliances. A LP gas regulator is the most important device. But this device is imported form abroad such as Malaysia, Italy, and Denmark etc. It costs a lot of foreign currency. But if we can produce this it in our country, the cost of regulator would be cheap and a lot of foreign currency would be saved. This Industry may provide

employments. Taking all these into our consideration, we have selected this topic.

OBJECTIVES To complete our objective we have studied available gas regulator in market, physically and analytically. Then we have designed a LP gas regulator which is different in operation from the conventional LP gas regulator available in market. We have some certain objectives in doing our project. Our objectives are:

1. To study the mechanism of a conventional LP gas regulator.

2. To know working principle of LP gas regulator.

3. Experimental study of a LP gas regulator.

4. To design of a LP gas regulator.

IMPORTANIMPORTANCE

1. Motor fuel 2. Refrigeration 3. Cooking 4.Security of supply 5. Comparison with natural gas 6.Environmental Effects

7. Fire risk and mitigation 8. Rural heating

LIMITATIONS & SCOPE

1. LPG turns gaseous under ambient temperature and pressure, it must be stored in special pressure vessels.

2. The destructive nature of LPG explosions, the substance is classified as a dangerous good.

3.Great care must be taken there though, as mechanical damage can occur to the primers, which can result in hazardous corrosion of the containers.

4.This operational motion makes the burial option less attractive in the long run, because it is difficult to detect mechanical damage to the outer waterproofing of the vessel through soil.

5.An exterior waterproofing of the plaster is required by some fireproofing plaster vendors, as reduced alkalinity in exposed plasters can have a deleterious effect on the cement stone, which binds the plaster in the first place.

RESEARCH

METHODOLOGY
RESEARCH DESIGN
The topic A comaparative study on consumer preference for LPG Gas stoves in Ghazipur city is a survey research which is done to find out which is used to study

briefly about LPG gas stove for liquefying gas petroleum under specified temperature and pressure. It is a way beneficial to all petroleum uses, because of it environmental friendly merits.

METHODS OF DATA COLLECTION

Primary data: The information obtained through survey serves as the primary data
for the study.

Secondary data: National and International books in the area of study, journals,
magazines and websites serve as the source of secondary data.

TOOLS FOR DATA COLLECTION

The questionnaires were distributed for data collection. The questionnaires had both open ended and close ended questions.

SAMPLING Respondents
The people residents of Ghazipur city.

Unit of study
Any person between the age group of 15- above.

SAMPLE DESIGN
Size:
It is essential that the individuals included in the survey are representative of the total population from which they are taken. This helps to generalize the findings of the population as a whole. For the present study the total sample size of 100 has been taken. The samples selected are media literate people who have an exposure to the television commercials.

Sampling procedure:

The respondents were selected for the study on the grounds of availability, convenience to access and level of participation. Almost equal number of

respondents was taken in the age groups, across different income levels and education. This was done to make sure that it was a representative sample.
