There appears to be a common thread shared between several alternative energy devices. It is the pre-glow discharge. The report on the Hans Coler device released by the British Government indicates that there is excess energy released when electrical contacts are opened and closed. The Lester Hendershot device utilized a buzzer circuit with opening and closing electrical contacts. In the Alfred Hubbard coil pre-glow discharge flowed through electrical contacts, a distributor cap and radium soaked spark plug. Thomas Moray invented a glowing, cold cathode, discharge tube that was the heart of his radiant energy receiver. Hermann Plauson was granted U.S. Patent No. 1,540,998 that used spark gaps to convert atmospheric energy. Frank Wyatt Prentice was granted Canadian Patent No. 253,765 that detailed his invention, which lighted fifty sixty-watt carbon lamps with an input of only five hundred watts. His invention utilized a spark gap driven high frequency tuned resonant system. Chancy Britten used ion valves constructed with a central wire that was surrounded by a coil of wire which is described in his US Patent No. 1,826,727. Britten's valve was said to have lit up his home in the 1930's according to a local newspaper article. Alexander Chernetski experimented with what appears to have been a type of ion valve that was filled with hydrogen gas. It is said that he got up to five times more energy out of his device than what he put into it. Paulo N. Correa and Alexander N. Correa obtained patents for their pulsed pre-glow discharge system that recovers energy and recharges its battery power source. Edwin Gray was granted U.S. Patent No. 3,890,548 for his spark gap driven capacitive discharge motor. This motor ran efficiently by instantly discharging the energy stored in capacitors via spark gaps. Discharge occurred when the magnetic fields of the rotor and stator coils were in complete alignment, at which time, the most torque was obtained. The problem was that the high energy arcing would wear down the spark gaps rather quickly. He solved this problem by replacing the spark gaps with a controlled switching tube. His U.S. Patents No. 4,595,975 and No. 4,661,747 describes this tube in detail. It was designed to eliminate spark gap wear. On close examination, we find that the capacitive discharge between the anode and cathode in this switching tube wastes energy by generating heat losses that are not recovered. I have found that radiant energy is generated when a plasma field is in contact with the atoms of an electrical conductor. Most importantly, the quantity of radiant energy is greatly increased when the plasma field occurs between the interelectrode couple of two differing electrical conductors. The plasma glow discharge conserves energy. It is an effective energy quenching mechanism. In the embodiment in Figure 3, the negative charge on the wire in the ion valve negatively ionizes any gas that contacts it. These ions rush towards the positively charged cylinder. When a gas or metal vapor ion carries an excess electron and hits head-on with a positively charged onrushing gas, or metal vapor ion, such as mercury, a violent union of the two oppositely charged ions occurs. During this union, the ions violently oscillate, and thereafter, charge neutralization occurs. The "sea electron model" helps to explain this effect. According to the sea electron model, metals are bonded to each other through electron sharing. The model suggests that metal atoms be bathed in a sea of electrons. If this model is taken one step further it can be illustrated that if metallic atoms become dissociated from each other, their electrons can generate electrical oscillations of high frequency (radiant energy). This occurs because the electrons no longer take part in the inter-atomic binding force that existed before the dissociation took place. It becomes clear that the freed electrons can give amperage back to the electrical circuit to which generated its free state. Henceforth, the equation I x E = P holds true in this system. Where, "I" represents the electrons (amperage), "E" electromotive force (ionic voltage), and "P" the power generated.

Thomas H. Moray invented a high efficiency 6,000-hertz power supply. It turns out that Edwin Gray's power supply also produced this same frequency. Gray claimed that electrical equipment such as solid state radio; television and light bulbs would operate on this type of current.

The overall efficiency of the Gray device was said to be extremely high. From one of his company press releases we are told that it will power loads four times longer in comparison to a standard DC to AC inverter power supply. This particular press statement indicates that he was planning to market a device that outputted 6,000 cycles (6Khz frequency), as compared to the standard 60Hz frequency coming from the public utility power grid. Both the Moray and Gray energy systems harnessed a very old source of energy in very unique ways. They could be the solution to our power needs by using an inexpensive renewable energy. The advantages over other systems are many. The World is indeed moving at a suicidal pace, we need this technology more than ever. It will light lights, run motors and electrical appliances. When you put a high potential current across two separate elements, ionization will occur between them. The high voltage elements 12 & 34 develop a pre-discharge plasma glow between them. The charge polarity given to the tube 14 in the Gray circuit puts it into an impulse mode. When a pre-discharge glow is present in this mode no current flows. The tube 14 functions pretty much like a Geiger radiation detection tube waiting for an electromagnetic surge to trigger it into conduction. Discharge occurs across the spark gap 62 once the capacitor 16 charges to the gaps' breakdown voltage. Once the arc is broken the capacitor 16 recharges, the cycle repeats and the cycle repeats so long as the batteries remain charged. This discharge current flows along the red wire shown in Figure 6. Consider an electron moving through a magnetic field, whose lines of force are at right angles to its direction of motion. It is known that the electron is constrained to move in a circular path. In fact, if the field is made strong enough the electron may be forced to revolve in a circular orbit whose diameter is smaller than the field. If a magnetic field is applied transversely to the motion of the electrons, they may be deflected to such an extent as to prevent them from reaching the plate. Thus they are constrained to return to the cathode. A.W. Hall of the General Electric Co. was the first to use this principle in a highly efficient vacuum tube converter that he called a magnetron. The sudden discharge through the element 12 generates an intense electromagnetic field that collapses very abruptly. This discharges the energy stored in capacitor 38 in series with the load 36 and capacitor 16. During this discharge cycle capacitors 16 & 38 recharge and in the same moment a powerful surge of electrical oscillations flows through the load 36. The collapsing magnetic field in conjunction with the reappearance of the pre-glow discharge instantly generates a pulse train of electrical oscillations. This surge of power runs Gray's unique high frequency motor. The motor functions with extreme efficiency because DC resistance is reduced to a minimum and wasteful heat loss is practically non-existent in this system.

HISTORICAL COMMENTARY Tesla's last ten years of his life, 1933 - 1943, contrary to popular belief, were his most productive years where he worked in his private laboratory located on Canadian soil. This was communicated to me through his last known living assistant, Arthur H. Matthews, E.E., and B.Sc. before he passed away in 1986. He also revealed to me that special primary batteries with replaceable zinc electrodes powered Tesla's electric car. This car also had a "fluid transmission" and could travel at 90 miles per hour. The electric motor could run on the batteries for three hundred miles before you had to pull over and attend to the batteries and then you were on your way for another three hundred miles. Matthews claimed that there were enough spare parts in the trunk to run the car for one year! The performance of this vehicle seems to be impossible. However, the characteristics of Tesla's unidirectional electrical current can generate short duration high-energy that will generate high frequency oscillations when dumped through an inductive coil. This unique principle makes possible

many seemingly impossible innovations. It was this principle that was at the very heart of Tesla's Magnifying Transmitter, also known as his "DC transformer" to his assistant Arthur H. Matthews.

Giragossian earnestly asserts that he has discovered an engine, a 'free energy generator,' which will actually perform the miracles of the Arabian Nights and will quite completely revolutionize the world's affairs and lift civilization to a higher plane. Garabed T.K. Giragossian in 1917 claimed to have a free energy machine. He was one of the early frauds to hide behind conspiracy theory. Woodrow Wilson signed a resolution offering him protection from some kind of conspiracy. After much fanfare, and delaying tactics his machine turned out to be a giant flywheel which was charged up with energy slowly and put out a lot of energy for just a second. THE fulfillment of the prophetic pictures, symbols, and visions of the Bible, descriptive of the coming Age of man's return to paradise, must without doubt involve discoveries, inventions,. and revolutionary changes in the affairs of mankind, compared with which, those of the present will seem small and insignificant. The providing of food, raiment, and shelter for all of the awakened dead, their uplift out of every kind of weakness, degradation, and degeneracy, their final establishment in the perfect state of the image and likeness of God in, a restored and transformed earth, from which every vestige of the curse, thorn, thistle, and. destructive blight and insect, etc., will have been removed, will necessitate the employment of forces and agencies at present entirely unheard of. Indeed the discoveries and wanders of the coming Age may be equal to and even exceed the wildest dreams and visions contained in many of the stories of fiction, examples of which we find in "The Arabian, Nights." We read of how Aladdin's palace was lifted off the ground and whisked many, many miles through the air across the desert and over the mountains by the slaves of the lamp; then, there is the story of "The Magic Carpet of Bagdad"; these being but fantastic figures of the imagination of the novelist have been dismissed by the reader as gigantic impossibilities. yet who will dispute that even now in advance of the Age of the administration of the Kingdom of God there are exhibitions of genius knowledge, and skill from which we see results that only a short time ago could not have been believed. Who could have thought a generation or two ago that man would be able to exercise such control over the forces of nature as to so successfully and safely travel through the air; or that mechanical devices could be produced so that men could speak with one another thousands of miles apart, without wires or any visible connection between, or that the photograph of a man could be taken by the use of a similar device. May not the wonderful productions and discoveries of our day be hints of greater and larger possibilities of the near future? Claims of a New and Powerful Invention There comes to our attention, at this time an article of recent publication describing a new and marvelous invention that it is alleged is capable of what would seem to be impossible of achievement. Knowing that many of the readers of this journal are observing with special interest the signs of our day that mark the imminence of the new dispensation and the Kingdom of God, we quote liberally from the article in question: "Garabed T. "The invention' is a motor run by a mysterious and hitherto unknown force, without fuel and without expense and producing at no cost unlimited power. Nobody has seen it, or has any idea of what it is like; but the House of Representatives at Washington passed the other day a joint resolution (which awaits action by the Senate), guaranteeing to Mr. Giragossian exclusive property rights in his machine on condition that a commission of five scientists, appointed by the Secretary of the Interior, shall find it new, practical and in conformity with the claims made for it. "The inventor has sought a special protection from Congress because he believes that his secret, once divulged through the recording of an ordinary patent would be promptly pirated, involving him in endless and expensive litigation. "'My secret' he says, 'has nothing to do with perpetual motion. The engine, which I call the "Garabed," is not electrical. It is operated by a force that already exists, merely waiting to be utilized, just as electricity always existed, waiting to be put to work. This force it concentrates, yielding condensed energy. "'In the nature of this force lies, the secret which I have discovered; my invention, is the engine that makes it work. The engine generates electricity in unlimited quantity free of cost. It will do away with the need and use of fuel of any kind. Operating without smoke and without danger of explosion, it is much cheaper and many times lighter than a steam engine of equal size, and can be installed conveniently in any dwelling, warming and illuminating the house, furnishing heat or cooking, freezing water for ice in the refrigerator land driving fans. "'There is in nature an unlimited supply of the force of which I speak. The problem, which I have solved, is to concentrate it, as the force of the winds, or of the tides, must be concentrated in order to run machinery. With a slight adjustment of the motor, ten horsepower can be raised to 100 horsepower. The Garabed can produce hundreds of thousands of horse-power, and, if desired, transmit the energy in the form of electricity over wires. "'Within an area no larger than the Boston Common, forty-eight acres, enough power can be produced to drive, all the industrial machinery in the world. With unlimited free energy supplied by the Garabed, the United States can feed and dress all the people on the terrestrial globe. "'With no expense for motive power,' the inventor continued, 'every one can afford to drive a car. That item of cost for automobiles and trucks being eliminated, urban populations will rapidly become decentralized, spreading outward. "'Garabed in the cellar of each home -- if it be thought worth while to have a cellar, when there is no furnace and no fuel to be stored -- will 'Supply, in the form of electricity, all the energy needed for domestic purposes, including the running of the washing machine and sewing machine. The requisite apparatus is simple, portable, almost foolproof and occupies only a small space. "'Furnaces, cookstoves that use fuel, fireplaces, pipes to carry heat and all such devices will forever disappear from houses. Petroleum, no longer needed for motive will find other uses. The Garabed will supply free power, as well as light and heat, to every farm and factory. "'Every vehicle of travel and transport will be run by costless energy. One of my engines mounted on a railroad track, can haul without expense the heaviest train ever moved by the most powerful double locomotive. Without fuel and without cost it will propel the biggest ship that ever floated on the sea, at greater speed than she could attain when driven by the most improved oil engines. "'Steam engines will pass away,' the inventor asserted, 'relegated to the junk pile. Future generations will see them only in museums and will look upon them as curiosities. power the airman requiring no fuel, will be free from danger of fire. He will not be obliged to descend to the earth for "gas" or water, and so can stay up in the air as long as he pleases. These advantages gained, the problem of commercial and passenger air navigation will be solved. "'The airship of the near future may be enabled to keep afloat merely by using electricity, supplied from her engine, to neutralize. the force of gravity. Such a craft can be sufficiently heated to overcome the difficulties of Arctic travel. A Garabed can furnish her with 10,000 horsepower, or as much more as may be desired, so that she can circle the globe several times without being obliged to descend so far as requirement of energy is concerned. "'I deem it not too imaginative to conceive of flying houses in the sky, held aloft by neutralization of gravity, and provided with huge gyroscopes to give them stability. They may be, as comfortable to live in as any earthfast dwellings we have today, and not less luxuriously equipped. The next generation may see, flocks of them traveling south to Florida in Autumn and returning in the Spring. "'How much more agreeable and convenient to move the house entire and complete, together with its contents, than to remove one's furniture and other belongings out of a house in one place into a house in another place! With free energy available for such transportation, houses may be built specially for travel on wheels. A family residing in the East, and wishing to spend the Winter in California, will simply say au revoir to the neigh-bors and "step on the juice." "'The Garabed will eliminate human labor and animal power from the agricultural field by substituting cost-free electricity. "'Unlimited free energy should bring about a revival of weaving and other, industries in the home. It should encourage women to take up useful employment which agreeably occupied the time of our grandmothers Automatic looms and other improved apparatus, easy to operate, would help. In urban communities such a revival of household manufacturing might not have much appeal, but, with women in rural districts it ought to gain approval. "'I do not think that I speak in exaggerated terms when I say that my invention is more important and of greater value to mankind than the discovery of a new world. Once turned properly to account, it will reshape the destinies of the human race.' "Mr. Giragossian lives in Boston. He is by birth an Armenian, and came to this country in 1891. His invention is the product of more than twenty years' incessant labor. With no knowledge of machinery he began in a little store that he kept, in Worcester, Mass., to experiment in the construction of 'a new kind of engine.' The 'Garabed' is the perfected result. It was a long and arduous struggle before that result could be attained;' but, as he says, 'some kind of intuition enabled me to grasp the principle."'

The ratio in this transformer circulating power was over 7:1. All this time we were forced to asume this was a POWER FACTOR phenomena and that this power was not EXTRACTABLE in any way ...well not any more with proper tuning and pulsing circuits or simple "spartan" resonant dirrect connections it can be used, I hope you can find FR transformers or get a standard one 120/240/480V primary

These no load windings are designed for use with permanent magnet motors. The Lenz repulsion field created by the flowing current in the generator windings is approximately balanced by the rotor magnet's attraction to the core tip. 1: Why don't electrical perpetual motion machines work? Electrical perpetual motion machinists usually present a machine that causes a small battery to generate a huge amount of power. The most common problem here is that the "huge amount of power" was incorrectly measured. AC power measurements are tricky; you can't just multiply the voltage and current, because they may be out of phase. Thus, measuring 10 Volts and 10 Amps could indicate anything from 0 to 100 Watts, depending on the power factor. In addition, most AC meters expect a sinusoidal wave; if they are given some other wave they may be totally wrong. A simple argument against these machines is; "If they can provide so much energy, why do they need the battery to keep going?" 2: Why don't mechanical perpetual motion machines work? Mechanical perpetual motion machines depend on rising and descending weights. The problem is that the amount of energy that you get out of a descending weight is exactly the same amount that it took to raise the weight in the first place: gravity is said to be a "conservative" force. So no matter what the weights do, you can't get energy out. 3: Why don't magnetic perpetual motion machines work? Magnetic motors have a clever arrangement of magnets which keeps the motor rotating forever. Not surprisingly, whenever someone tries to build one, the motor rotates for a while and then stops -- this is usually attributed to the magnets "wearing out". These motors usually rely on using magnets as low-friction bearings, meaning the "motor" can coast for a long time, but it doesn't supply any power. Magnetism is like gravity; you can store potential energy and get it back, but you can't get more energy no matter what you try. 4: Magnets can levitate. Where is the energy from? Levitating magnets do not require energy, any more than something resting on a table requires energy. Energy is the capacity for doing work. Work can be measured by force times distance. Although the magnets are exerting a force the levitated object is stationary, so the magnets aren't supplying any energy. 5: But its been patented! So what? Patent offices will not grant a patent on a "perpetual motion machine" (some just require a working model) but if you call it a "vacuum energy device" and claim that it gets its energy from some previously unknown source then you can probably get a patent. Patent offices are there to judge whether something has been invented before, not whether it will work. The ban on devices labeled "perpetual motion" is a special case because the patent officers dislike being cited as some sort of approval by con-men. 6: The oil companies are conspiring to suppress my invention In most of the US the utility companies are required by law to buy your excess electricity if you produce your own. If you've got an energy machine, build it in your basement, phase match it to the line, and enjoy. 7: My machine gets its free energy from A number of machines have been proposed which are not "perpetual motion" machines in the sense of violating the law of conservation of energy. what causes this transformation and how this energy is converted into electrical energy rather than gamma rays or heat. 8: Can gyroscopes neutralize gravity? Gyroscopes (or gyros) are a favorite of "lift" machine inventors because many people have come across them and they behave rather oddly. However there is nothing all that mysterious about the behavior of gyros. You can use Newtonian physics to explain them. Briefly, if you imagine a bit of metal on the edge of a spinning gyro, then to turn the gyro you have to stop the bit of metal moving in its current direction and start it moving in another direction. To do this when it is moving fast you have to push it rather hard. Nothing about this makes the thing get any lighter (in fact to be pedantic, the gyro gets very slightly heavier when it spins, in accordance with Einstein's theory of relativity.) 9: My prototype gets lighter when I turn it on Weighing something which is vibrating on ordinary scales is a sure way of getting a wrong answer. The vibration from the machine combines with "stiction" in the scales to give a false reading. As a result the weight reductions reported for such machines are always close to the limits of accuracy of the scales used. 10: Can magnets improve fuel efficiency or de-scale pipes? Both of these questions come around fairly regularly. Some companies sell magnets which clip around pipes. Sometimes they are sold for use in hard water areas, where they are supposed to prevent the buildup of lime-scale. On other occasions they are sold for cars, where they are supposed to increase fuel efficiency. Neither of these claims has ever been substantiated by careful testing, and there is no theoretical explanation for the supposed effects. The advertisers try to make it sound like there is, but its actually just pseudoscientific eye wash. Note that in some cases installing the fuel magnets according to the instructions will give increased fuel efficiency. This is because the instructions tell you to adjust the carburetor. The result is that the engine runs leaner than it was designed to, causing higher production of nitrous oxides and a shorter life. The magnet has nothing to do with it. If this worked then car companies would install it themselves and hence sell more cars.

THEORETICAL SELF-SUSTAINING PERMANENT MAGNET MOTOR

1) The armature type semicircle magnet's polarity is opposed to the polarity of the outer face of magnets on the rotor. The schematic provided, if followed, should provide the necessary platform for the researcher to build an array of magnets around the device to provide the necessary motive force. Mine is very crude compared to what may actually be accomplished with a bit of experimentation. What I have discovered is that OU is actually FAR simpler in practice than in theory. Theory, in my opinion is the obstacle to actual discovery......as the truth is stranger than fiction! Actually, after some consideration I have come to the tentative conclusion that the simple principle that provides momentum for this device, has been known for quite some time among certain ones...............ones who exploits this principle for their own private gain while raping and plundering my FATHER'S creation. I wish to stay around a while longer to do the work of my FATHER which takes precedence over this discovery in these pivotal times in which we live. If you wish to experiment yourself, I believe that CFI (eBay username) is still selling the magnets I used in my prototype model. magnetmotortemplate.jpg (83827 bytes)

2) one more tip: I built a rotor template jig of wood to mount the magnets on. I used industrial kevlar doped glue for the magnets. If the magnets are not glued accurately.....you are in for one heck of a time as the "field leakage" is atrocious if any space is left when "shingling" the magnets for overlapping. That is in part why I recommend "shunts" of metal at the overlapping ends. I believe that my schematic provided you is sufficiently accurate as it was made to actual size and was used in making the wooden rotor template. simply make a print out and use a scroll saw or bandsaw and cut along the inner stepped circle arrangement. I used 1" thick pine board for the wooden rotor assembly. 3:) In retrospect, one would do well to consider the device by one Howard Johnson who exploited very much the same principle in his device(s). Although my device is of an entirely different design.......I believe the

4) As you may notice in the picture, the device has no metal shielding for the S pole exposed at the overlapping ends of the magnets.....I submit that it would be more efficient in that configuration but cannot find nor I suppose, afford such material from what I have heard. I have gotten good results with the shielding material contained in computer hard drives and maintain that a single older computer hard drive is an excellent vehicle for duplicating my device on a smaller scale. The bearings and infrastructure are there to build on. The inventor indicated to me in an email that the stator to the left has an opposing field to that of the rotor... _bap 5) I am a relatively poor man who was sorely tempted (believe me) to attempt to profit from this device..........I have since learned that I enjoy my freedom to do my FATHER'S work too much to end up like Howard Johnson........living on a military base since the early eighties.......or worse. Perhaps one of you obviously adept researchers will succeed in getting this or similar device out to the masses in your own creative way! I believe this device to be in the public domain and make no claims regarding this device and wish the best to anyone who wants to experiment on their own! No attempt to patent this device has been made by me or anyone I know of........so have at it at your own risk/benefit! 6) Let me know if and when you have the rotor completed. I would be interested to see how you improve upon the current configuration! 7) If you attempt to buy the magnets from CFI on eBay, I would be sure and specify 12 magnets, (more may be needed if you are anything like me.......and break a few) of LIKE polarity, so you are not disappointed. He has or had many of each type: N/S poles concave and convex. I believe I may have already sent a lot of business his way! It should work in either total configuration as long as the armature magnet(s) are of opposing polarity to the rotor. 8) someday maybe I will write a book about my experiences......you probably wouldn't believe that either! My name is denis alan de Shon; I'm a researcher for Advanced Consulting Group in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I had been researching the works of Archimedes of Syracuse and other Greek Natural Philosophers when I saw a means for employing Archimedes' findings in an engine to produce electricity, This is accomplished by the introduction of excess pressurized gases from industry, both compressed air as well as compressed petroleum gases, into a buoyancy engine which turns a generator to produce electricity from the latent power in relatively low power compressed gases. Here's a brief History of Buoyancy. Archimedes of Syracuse was a Genius Greek Mathematician and Natural Philosopher. Recall, he's the one who jumped out of his tub at the Syracuse Baths and ran naked toward his home shouting "Eureka, Eureka" (I Have Found). In his bath, he realized that the mass of his body disposed in the tub displaced a certain amount of water. By analogy, he discovered that the King's Crown, which was alloyed with a material less dense than gold, displaced more water than the King's other Crown of solid gold. Thus he had solved the Kings Question "Has the Goldsmith replaced part of the Gold with Silver?" Archimedes was a Builder of Engines. In Egypt, he perfected his Water Screw (Water Snail), a

corkscrew device that, by rotation of the screw, moved the water from the bottom to the top. He sold these to the Egyptians as a means for getting water out of the Nile and into the fields. He built Grappling Hooks with Ropes and Compound Pulleys to lift ships out of the water. He employed the Lever, where one traded distance for force, in building Catapults with ropes and pulleys for the defense of Syracuse against the Romans. He is quoted as saying: "Using a Lever, With a Given Force, it is Possible to Move any Given Weight. " and "Give me a Place to Stand and I can Move the Earth." He also did a lot of mathematical work on Centers of Gravity. His work went into Center of Gravity for a Paraboloid, the Volume of a Sphere, Parabolic Mechanics, the Archimedean Spiral, Conic Sections and the Geometry of a Parabola. His work with a Floating Parabola led to: Archimedes' Principle; A Body Immersed in a Fluid is Buoyed up by a force that is equal to the Weight of the Fluid Displaced. 1

Archimedes' treatise, On Floating Bodies, Proposition 6: If a solid lighter than the fluid be forcibly immersed in it, the solid will be driven upwards by a force equal to the difference between its weight and the weight of the fluid displaced. 2

The gases displace the water in the gas holding spaces and become the "Body" in Archimedes' Principle. The gases are introduced at the 180 degree position of the gas-holding spaces, which are filled sequentially by the gas injector. The gases displace the water in the gas-holding spaces of the wheel. These ascend due to the buoyancy of the gases in them, imparting a rotational force to the axle. Gases exit at the 360 degree position. The engine rotates the axle, which turns a generator and produces electricity.

Here's a contrast between Gravity Engines and Buoyancy Engines A Gravity Engine, such as a Waterwheel, Fig. 2, uses the Force of Gravity. Water is captured in the Water Holding Spaces of the Wheel, and Gravity drags the water downward in the Wheel imparting rotational force to the axle.

Buoyancy Engine, such as shown in Fig. 3, uses the Force of Buoyancy. Surplus Industrial Compressed Gas or Petroleum gases are injected into the engine and are captured in the Gas-holding spaces of the Wheel. The Buoyant Force drags the air upward in the Wheel, imparting rotational force to the axle.

the Wheel. A cubic meter of water weighs 2,200 pounds, and provides that amount of Gravity Force. The Force of Rotation in Buoyancy Engines is dependent on the Volume of Water displaced by the surplus industrial compressed gas, which is injected into it. One cubic meter of Gas displaces one cubic meter of Water, weighing 2,200 pounds, and provides that amount of Buoyant Lift. Other Attributes of Buoyant power are: Buoyant Power is low tech power. It can be used anywhere, with a minimum of technology. The Wheel can be of extruded plastic, and can be shipped economically. Not a lot of technical skill is required to assemble the wheel on a shaft, attach a generator, and mount in a tank near a source of surplus compressed gas of at least 15psig. The liquid in the tank can be altered to suit scrubbing needs for EPA standards, if the compressed gas is a schedule item. Several levels of Buoyancy Engines may be stacked, one on top of the other in a taller tank, in cases where there is a space constraint or to take advantage of the re-use of high pressure inputs. Subsequent levels are fed from the exhaust of prior wheels and do not require additional input. Each level drives its own generator. The Heat contained in steam or other heated inputs can be utilized in the Scrubbing Process by Liquid in the tank. I have built several scale models, that confirm my corollary. I envision a prototype single level buoyancy machine, disposed in a 25'X20'X35' (L X W X H) vessel filled with water to a level of 30'. An 18' Diameter x 23' Length, Hydro-Dynamically-shaped wheel of extruded industrial plastic, containing gas holding spaces is mounted in waterproof bearings on an axle in the vessel. A generator is attached to the axle. A gas injector to meter the flow of input gas is attached to the vessel.

Here is an Energy Challenge for you: How much compressed gas is only decompressed rather than utilizing the force within it? How much energy could be recaptured? How many worldwide refineries or petro-chem pumping units Flare or otherwise exhaust compressed gaseous surplus into the atmosphere directly, and which gases could be utilized for the production of energy prior to being spewed into the atmosphere? In 1977, in the United States, the volume of gas wasted by Flaring was 6% of gross output. Oil drilling rigs encounter great volumes of highly pressurized gases in the drilling process. Rather than just spewing these gases into the atmosphere, these gases could first be run through buoyancy engines to generate electricity. Other applications might be engines situated over gas vents on the earth or under the sea.

Sterling, Here is page 3 of 4. I did make two changes in the blueprints from what I had first received. Knowing that prototypes would be worked from this basic plans, I put in the non-magnetic stainless steel 304 and took out Aluminum. In my experience Aluminum will cause problems that will make it almost imposable to balance the fields. Next the magnetic shield. It said to use a sheet of Co-

netic [?] AA Alloy rolled into a torus [?]. But I had problems passing the butt where two peaces of shielding came together. So I say use a perfect Torus [?] with no seam or butt joint. You could state that these plans are improved design by Mann in these areas. I also have some processes that will even out the differences in the magnets. If someone orders some magnets from a commercial provider, the magnets will not be close in power, in field shape or exact pole locations. Mass production magnets will not work!!!! Douglas

Sterling, One thing that I did not say about the blueprints, I do not think at they can be SCALED up or down in size, or that the magnets power level can go down more than 10% or up no more than 20% over the Sm Cb 18,and all magnets must be as perfectly alike as possible . The stator and the rotor magnets must have the same type power level magnets. The physical size of each part magnet, and shield are in a balancing act with the fields. In each step of making a motor is important to keep your mind on the magnetic field not on the just the parts. To Scale the motor up or down in size we must keep in mind of what these changes will do to the fields, and how the shield will work under the new size. Douglas *****

Very Hard to Replicate


HJ Magnetic Motor Blueprints Wont Work as Drawn Says Hector - Claims to have replicated the device but that it did not work very long because the magnet strength decayed rapidly. Says device is difficult and expensive to build, and buying the special design magnets will put you on watch list.
