AUSTRALIAN MICROCAP INVESTMENT CONFERENCE SET TO REVEAL LEADERS OF THE FUTURE AND THEIR SUCCESS STORIES
Corporate advisory firm D H Flinders Pty Limited is pleased to announce that The 3 Annual Australian rd Microcap Investment Conference starts tomorrow, Tuesday 16 October. The 3 Annual Australian Microcap Investment Conference is being held in Melbourne over two days on Tuesday 16 October and Wednesday 17 October 2012 at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins in the Arthur Streeton Auditorium. The Conference is Australias largest and most comprehensive Microcap event, showcasing the services, products, strategies and people driving todays growth companies. The event will provide investors with an opportunity to hear firsthand from the CEOs of 24 of Australias leading and dynamic microcap companies, from a varied range of sectors, as they showcase their companies, strategies and people. Microcap companies provide access to many niche industry sectors, as well as emerging technologies and business areas that are sometimes overlooked by larger companies. As investment markets begin to recover, many smaller ASX listed companies are well placed to capitalise on growth opportunities. As an example, at last years conference we had 22 companies present. Over the past year five of those companies have been standout performers. Gale Pacific delivered a return of 27%, Websters 52%, Integrated Research 162%, Central Petroleum 180% and Jumbo Interactive an amazing 448%. The companies presenting at this years Conference include Australias largest independently operated satellite communications company, NewSat Limited, Australias largest manufacturer and supplier of trailing transport equipment and solutions, MaxiTRANS Industries, leading telecommunications provider, Vocus Communications and many more. D H Flinders has partnered with leading investor relations company, Bourse Communications, accounting and audit firm, Hayes Knight, marketing communications group, Motivo, commercial law firm, Piper Alderman, US investor relations group, MZ Group, insurance group GSA Insurance, property management company, Vesture and The City of Melbourne to present the conference in conjunction with association partners Association of Financial Advisers and Stockbrokers Association of Australia. The Australian Microcap Investment Conference aims to act as a conduit and facilitate the sometimes challenging communication process between a company and its stakeholders, which may include shareholders, stockbrokers, fund managers, analysts, institutions, private investors and the business media.
