Test Procedure 1) 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) 7) 8) 9) e room. Fix the Frame and fan on the opening of door. Pressurize the room with the help of variable speed fan. Take the reading for flow and pressure. Depressurize the room with the help of variable speed fan. Take the reading of flow and pressure. Feed all the information in the software. Software will give the result for pass or fail. Minimum retention time to pass the room should be 10 minutes. If 10 minutes retention time is not achieved then find the leakage in th Seal all the leakages and retest the above test.

Pretest Checklist Item No. Activity Yes No REMARKS 1 Check the room to ensure that the size of the room as per final design. 2 Is there any suspended ceiling. Either open few ceiling tile to calculat e the ceiling leakage. If Main Room leakage to be measured separately then put p lastic on grills and opening.

3 Are all suspended ceiling tiles in place? Dampers installed on all external HVAC ducts. 4 Can they be shut for the Room Integrity test? 5 Dampers installed on fresh air inlet ducts. Can they be shut for the door Room Integrity Test? 6 Check for any leaks. All the leaks must be sealed. 7 5 Minutes HVAC Shut down can be arranged? 8 Maximum Number of door-fan blowers needed? 9 SET UP ROOM FOR DOOR-FAN TEST. a) Remove temporary air sealing or note who has assured the permanent seal. b) Close all doors in the protected room boundary. c) Open all doors within enclosure. d) Open doors in adjacent rooms and around outside of the enclosure. e) Shut down the air-conditioning if possible. f) Close all dampers that would normally be closed during the retention tim e.
