Open House
Prairie Rose Training Center is hosting an open house on Sat., Oct 20th from 1-5. Watch PRTC students & horses in dressage lessons with clinician Amy Larson from Kansas City, MO. Sale horses will be available for viewing as will the 2012 foals & the 2012 Canadian & Sport Horse National Champions. If you’re in the area, please stop by!

Last spring Mimi graduated from NDSU with a Bachelor degree in Equine Science and an Associates degree in Business. She now plans to pursue her career training horses full time.

Ross had big shoes to fill stepping up to run the farm in Curt's absence plus completing his first year at Bismarck State College. He also finished off his 10-year+ 4-H career by winning the Burleigh County Round Robin being named Champion Livestock Showman. He continues his involvement as a 4-H State Ambassador.

JC Selena
14-year old, 15+H double registered Half Arab/Half Paint mare. Super athletic, nimble and well-trained in dressage/jumping, but would also make a fabulous gaming/speed horse. Good on trail rides and very responsive. Half-sister was dressage National Champion 2nd & 3rd level. $1,200.

I am thankful for the considerable efforts of not only Ross but also Gabrielle Meyer, Mimi and our friends this past year with me down with knee surgery and Curt gone. They did a wonderful job keeping PRTC up and running. Thank you! In Sept., Curt Stanley returned from his 1-year deployment as a Black Hawk helicopter pilot with the ND National Guard to Kosovo. We are proud that he served his country with this peacekeeping force and relieved to have him home safe and sound.

Wolkenzorro Sneak Preview!
Watch for the unveiling of Sally Henry's triple-registered Half Arabian Hanoverian stallion, Wolkenzorro. He was recently named US National Champion Half Arabian Sport Horse Stallion! See him presented at the PRTC Open House and watch for him in the show ring in 2013!
