Setup

Done in TeamAdmin as a new group type Groups assigned to Project and/or Template in EWP

EWP Login

Allows for login as a member of a group Login will be Read Only

Archive

These groups can be used to login to archived projects

Can select EWP projects to archive based on finalized status or closed status Cannot archive a closed project though if it was archived on finalize Filters provided to easily find projects ONLY EWP project data is archived (not timesheets, expenses, schedules, risk assessments, etc.) Only archiving SQL or Oracle centralized database

Archive Database

Schema matches production database IN THEORY TeamCentral reports could be run on this database TeamMate EWP and the EWP Reader can read this database No other archive storage is supported
