INGREDIENTS Rava Sugar Water Ghee Cashew Nuts (into small pieces) Elaichi (powdered) Color Rose Water METHOD: golden. Filter the cashews and keep aside In the same pan, roast the rava to light brown. Boil the water in a pan, add the roasted rava. Mix well and make sure there a rent any lumps of rava. When rava gets cooked, add the sugar. Mix well. Add the color powder (optional) and the rosewater. Pour the liquid ghee in small portions and keep mixing. Add the elaichi powder and the roasted cashews. Keep mixing until the kesari wouldn't stick to the pan. Can be served hot or cold. - 1 Cup - 2 Cups - 2 Cups - 1/2 Cup - 10 Nos - 4 pods - 1 tsp - 1 tsp
