(2) Techno Commercial Sales/ Marketing (Pre and Post Sales -Technical specialists-System/IT specialization) Responsible for Pre/Post -Sales of world leading Groupware (like Lotus), Security /Network /Systems Management (like Tivoli) & Database management software products/ Hardware products like Cysco, Storage devises like High End servers (HP/IBM/ VERITAS)/ Security softwares in a particular territory Main Responsibilities: 1. Technical Support to facilitate the Sales Team to achieve sales targets for each product category within the territory 2. Interaction with Corporate as well as principal firms operating within the territory Job description: 3. Provide Technical Training to resellers and technical sales assistance (in terms of Product Presentations, Demonstrations, Product clarifications etc,.) to resellers in closing business 5. Deliver technical support and services either in person, by telephone, or electronically to resellers/end customers 6. Consult on solution strategy and development of Proof-of- Concepts for End-users 7. Assist with solution installation planning and answer product function /how-to questions Performs all other duties as requested. Experience / Very good knowledge in delivering technical support for Software products – Internet Technologies, Workflow/Messaging Systems, Security/Network Management, RDBMS Requirements: 1.
