How would you describe your feelings on stage?

Feras: performing on stage is like a drug for us, when we are on the stage we get high, we get in the mood we can be hyper, happy, doomed or so on, its a foretaste of heaven something that you can never forget. Farhan: also I would have to say that if anyone of us in his daily life got stressed, happy, sad or hyper, playing music is what he would do to express that feeling, however those 2-3 hours that we get on stage, we focus on our audience and forget everything else, we take our energy from the audience and then give it back to them by our music, so they can enjoy singing along with us, that is why our concerts always stands out, stage will always be an amazing boost of adrenaline.

"we take our energy from the audience and then give it back to them by our music"Farhan
What kind of songs you choose to cover in your concerts? Farhan: as we call it the heroes playlist, our smart choices for songs, the worldwide known classics, that anyone who listens to music would at least be familiar with 5 of them, this what keeps our audience always entertained. Khalid: the songs that we choose, were all number one hits at their time, for that reason I think reminding people of such legends will always cheer them up.

Why ILLUSIONS? Farhan: this is our respond to anyone who says that classic rock is dead, that is all illusions, and we are here refreshing it locally for those who cares, as others are doing it internationally, people are being manipulated with all the alternative music. Khalid: if we chose to aim commercially we would have gone to the alternative rock, for what people now wants, but for us it would be a waste of time, yes it is fun when you listen to it, alternative songs are great but all bubble-gum you enjoy it for a while and then you threw it away, but the classics will always stay alive over the years, playing it is a real pleasure and what give us the satisfaction that we are looking for.

"A folk-rock songstress with a 10,000-watt voice its as if the music is taking over her body, channeling through her lungs in a sort of velvet explosionshe has an infectious smile, and a playful way of grooving onstage, performing with either piano or guitar"
I chase summer every year from the US (my current residence) to Jordan (my family hometown), writing songs about love | loss | my grandmother | your daughter | fictional characters | my ex | your bad day | your good day | our big changes. Then Ill sit at the piano or pick up my

guitar and sing you a song. Sometimes Ill close my eyes, and sometimes Ill look directly into yours. Mostly Ill sing in English, and sometimes in Arabic. Sometimes itll just be us in a room (I might live in your ipod), and sometimes well meet in a hall full of people, with my band on stage. No matter what the setting, we will be impassioned. And for every time you share this space of music with me, I will feel inspired and thank you for listening, and for pronouncing my name correctly (Hena).
