lamellas moving along guiding devices. When closed roller shutters are fixed by lock. When lifted the curtain is rolled up in a metal shutter box. Steel roller shutters are mounted on the external surface of the walls. Roller shutters withstand a variety of break-in attempts and cut off your house from unwanted street sounds. Roller shutter is a perfect technological method protection system. It is made from steel profile and can be fitted out with electrical motors and remote control.
General Description:
Rolling shutters look respectable and assuredly decorate faade of any shop, office, and house. They can match any architectural design. Safety shutters are convenient because of their compactness when rolled, it means that their installation doesnt take much space and a light loss is insignificant. Vertical block mechanism prevents from outside Shutter lift.
Main elements of safety roller (that is another name of roller shutters) are: profile, the base of a curtain surface, and a motor.
Curtain surface can be made of aluminum mad steel profiles. Steel profile can be steel and perforated. Aluminum profiles can be rollformed and extruded (extrusion method). Some profiles equipped with tire quid with built-in prevention qualities.
Roll shutter drive can be manual operated (strap, rope, cord), as well as automatically (electric motor) with remote control. The latter is convenient for customers and allows closing or opening (all or several) roll shutters in building by pressing a button.
Roll shutters cant impair door or window design. They match any architectural style of modern buildings because of their color spectrum and form. Base colors- white, beige, gray, brown.
Due to the special contraction roller shutters can be installed at the stage of construction as well as after the house has been built.
I) Bevel Gear:A bevel gear is shaped like a right circular cone with most of its tip cut off. A type of gear with cone-shaped teeth cut at an angle. Bevel gears
are often used in angular gear trains. When two bevel gears mesh, their imaginary vertices must occupy the same point. Their shaft axes also intersect at this point, forming an arbitrary non-straight angle between the shafts. The angle between the shafts can be anything except zero or 180 degrees. Bevel gears with equal numbers of teeth and shaft axes at 90 degrees are called miter gears. Both Gears Are This Kind Of Arrangement In Gearbox:
Spur Gear:Spur gears or straight-cut gears are the simplest type of gear. They consist of a cylinder or disk with the teeth projecting radially, and although they are not straight-sided in form, the edge of each tooth is straight and aligned parallel to the axis of rotation. These gears can be meshed together correctly only if they are fitted to parallel shafts.
Hollow Shafts:In a mechanical system, a cylindrical bar used to support rotating components or to transmit power or motion by rotation...Here We Uses the Pipes as Power Transmitting Shafts.
Handle:It is to be used to open and close the shutter. It transmits power to gear box which transfer it further.
Worm and Worm Gear:A worm drive is a gear arrangement in which a worm Shaft meshes with a worm gear (which is similar in appearance to a spur gear, and is also called a worm wheel). The terminology is often confused by imprecise use of the term worm gear to refer to the worm, the worm gear, or the worm drive as a unit. Like other gear arrangements, a worm drive can reduce rotational speed or allow higher torque to be transmitted. We Used This Gear Arrangement Also In Fitting Shop Shutter.
Bearing:A friction-reducing device that allows one moving part to glide past another moving part.
(a) Ball Bearing:A rolling-element bearing containing metal balls placed between two parts. A ball bearing allows machine parts to move with little friction.
Welding Which We Used Most: Arc Welding:Arc welding is a type of welding that uses a welding power supply to create an electric arc between an electrode and the base material to melt the metals at the welding point. They can use either direct (DC) or alternating (AC) current, and consumable or non-consumable electrodes. The welding region is usually protected by some type of shielding gas, vapor, and/or slag.
