The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no
answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Monthly Interim Application of Pachulski

Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP ("PSZL") as Counsel to Debtors and Debtors in Possessionfor
Compensation

for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurredfor the Period

September 1, 2009 through September 30, 2009 (Docket No.1 085) (the "Application") fied on
November 3, 2009. The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Court's docket in
this case and no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application appears
thereon. Pursuant to the Notice of Application, objections to the Application were to be filed and

served no later than November 23,2009.

Pursuant to the Order Pursuant to Sections 105(a) and 331 of

the Banptcy

Code Establishing Procedures for Interim Compensation and Reimbursement of Professionals,

$199,512.40 which represents 80% of

the fees ($249,390.50) and $25,996.88 which represents
