Value propositions as a value alignment mechanism
There are basically 5 steps in modeling the value propositions as a value alignment mechanism: 1. Identifying Stake holders 2. Determine core values 3. Facilitate dialogue and knowledge sharing 4. Identify Value co-creation opportunities 5. Co-create stake holders VP All of these steps are basically a guideline for the company to work on its better business policy. All these steps are iterative and one step affects the other hence all the steps are equally important. These steps will help involving and engaging the company in the sensing, monitoring and feedback, integrating knowledge with other resources. So the starting point for the “Fulgent Resources” would be to identify their stake holders. The 6 market domain stakeholder model provides with the nature of the network and its entities.

The Six Market Domain Stakeholder Model

Customer Market:
Customer markets include the buyers, intermediaries and the final consumers. The buyers of the service include the national companies like FBISE and multinational food chains SUBWAY and Chicken Cottage. Local businesses like Mr. Books and Cosmo are the buyers of the software and web designing services. Intermediaries are the customer or the customers who buy the service but are not the end users. They usually include the distributors in this case of the company, the intermediaries in “Fulgent Resources” are the companies that just provide the hardware solutions like

cameras, servers and bio-metric systems. Such companies are not the end users of the software solutions but they just make sure that the software runs in accordance with the hardware. The intermediaries usually have the extra edge over the normal consumers. They have added advantage of the bargaining power. They influence the customer decisions of the consumers downstream. End Users are the final consumer. Their satisfaction is of most importance for the “Fulgent Resources”. All the hustle is basically made for the end user. If their demands are not been met then all the effort of the entire cycle goes in vain. With the increase in the competition the end price of the software solution for the clients has to be feasible which meets the production cost as well as the buying range of the end users. All these things have to be kept in mind when setting the price for the software related solutions.

Recruitment market value propositions:
The term value propositions in the market term mean that why a particular employer likes to work for a company. When recruiting the VP is concerned of the three factors that have to be kept in mind and given the prime importance are the job and work characteristics, corporate culture and the total reward. All these factors are kept in mind while recruiting in the “fulgent Resources”. The candidates are made aware of the job and work characteristics. They are informed that at a time they might be working on more than one projects and their work would be all software development cycle. Their work would include the designing, implementing the software solutions. The rewards that are given to the employees are based on the “On Target Income”.OTI is the incentive given to the employees if they are able to achieve their targets on time. The corporate culture of the company is very important in the career and the personal development of the employees. The Corporate culture of this company encourages the team work and team building events. Thus the recruitment market domain is a sub-system including potential Candidates with a wide network of recruitment entities, sources and access channels. The HR department of the company comes to the common point that those people are hired only whose personal goals are align with the goals of the Company.

Internal market value propositions:
These are the VPs which insist on segmenting the employees according to their attributes including the level, function and type of the interaction with the customer. The employees in this company can be divided into number of categories if there is segmentation on the basis of level function and the type of interaction with the customer. There is a segment which include the developers and a segment which include marketing people. The developer segment is comprised of developers, testers and implementation team. Where as the marketing segment includes a marketing team which is responsible of bringing up clients for the software. Company also tends to keep and make sure that all the ethical and the green rules are not broken. Special committee is created for the green club which tends to go for seasonal planting in the spring season. Thus the company tends to provide its employees which they can dream off.

Referral market value propositions:
Referral markets include the customer and the noncustomer recommendations sources. The referral market domain can be segmented into two sub-categories: 1. Advocate-initiated customer referrals 2. Company-initiated customer referrals Referral relationships are created with the existing relationship of customer and the suppliers. There is a viral marketing when the VP indicates the third parties to act as referral Parties. The Company does not go for the viral marketing because it is a very costly Process to go for the free provision of the software solutions since a lot of resources are included in it. Although the word of mouth about the company is very optimistic and the clients whether they are end users or not are very satisfied with the end results, they are provided with the solutions which are above their expectations as a result Fulgent Resources has a strong reputation in the world of software industry. Therefore the Brand communities have provided an opportunity to this company to excel others in their respective field. Although a lot of companies do not take referral market as the main system but it does have an impact on the business. Influence market value propositions:
The influence markets include the largest number of stakeholder bodies that influence the firm. These groups include the 1. Financial investors 2. Unions 3. Industry bodies 4. Regulatory bodies 5. Business press 6. Other media 7. User groups 8. Environmental groups 9. Political and government bodies 10. Competitors These groupings are further subdivided into 34 specific segments. Having good relations with all of these groups is very important for the nourishing of good corporate culture for the company. The company has very good relations with its financer which are the American based software company. There are as in no conflicts with any political body. The relationships with the ministry of science and technology are very good enhancing the software culture all over the Pakistan.

Supplier and alliance market value propositions:
Supplier and alliance market provides with the physical and the knowledge based resources. Suppliers are the ones which provide the company with the physical resources. Alliance is the ones which provide the company with the knowledge based resources. The company depends on a larger number of suppliers when it comes to hardware resources. The suppliers like A4tech, DELL, and Panasonic LEDs provide with the solutions to the hardware requirements. Alliances like Allainet provide with the knowledge based resource.

Contemporary Issue for Fulgent Resources:
“People are reluctant in the adoption of electronic management system for their businesses, even it’s for their own benefit but they do not understand this.”

Recommendation:
Fulgent Resources needs to equip it’s marketing staff with in depth know how of all the software solutions they are offering, so that the marketing men when ever approach any potential client, they are well aware of all the benefits which the respective person/business will have if they adopt the software. They should tell the respective client that how much their life would be at ease if they adopt the electronic management system and moreover then they would be playing in exact figures rather than round figures. They should also be able to communicate well with the client and should have the ability to take the insight of respective person and act like smart marketers.
