OBJECTIVES
Marketing is the act or process of selling or purchasing in a market. It is also the process or technique of promoting, selling and distributing a product or service. Marketing is used to identify the customer, satisfy the customer, and keep the customer. The way we manage marketing has been changing at a rapid paste. The use of technology has evolved the way an organization conduct its marketing exercise. Email, websites, Facebook and other new technologies are giving businesses a better and flexible ways to market their goods and services to customers. Electronic marketing also known as internet marketing, web marketing, online marketing and others. The basics of marketing remain the same i.e. creating a strategy to deliver the right messages to the right people. Electronic marketing gives a lot of new ways for the Trump organization to reach the customers, in a cheaper and effective ways. These technologies are valuable complement to traditional marketing methods. The electronic marketing plan is part of a set of plans and strategies that guide the Trump Organization to create and sustain its business. This proposal will provide an understanding on how to use electronic marketing, to achieve business results and to secure the opportunity offered by technology (such as internet, online media) in order to lead the market and achieve sustainable growth. Electronic marketing will give the Trump Organization the access to the mass market at an affordable price and it allow for a personalized marketing. The benefits include: Global reach: Find new markets and trade globally Lower cost: Reach the right customers at lower cost Track able, measurable results: web analytics and other online metric tools make it easier to establish how effective the campaign is. Improved conversion rates This proposal is to develop a new Electronic Marketing System (EMS) into Donald Trump company operation in Las Vegas. This project focus on designing websites that include the following service: search engines, email management, public relations services, website analysis, website hosting and online marketing strategy/program. be found on the internet and all the facilities marketing system can be applied easily not only by staff but also consumers.

SCOPE OF WORK

The project will consist of the following scope of tasks: 1. Purchase domain names Determine and purchase domain names related to the company and the industry. 2. Audience analysis Interview subject matter experts (company employees, clients, etc.) and conduct Internet research to determine the primary audience. Audience analysis should also include demographic and geographic considerations. 3. Keyword phrase analysis Using keyword analysis software, find all related keyword phrases to be used in online marketing program and website. The primary keyword phrases will be implemented in site content, headings, and titles to increase search engine optimization (SEO). This includes negative keywords that prevent searched subjects from appearing in keywordbased ads. 4. Design site prototype Based on audience analysis, keyword phrases, and client recommendations, design a site prototype, or shell. This includes the overall site layout, structure, and navigation. 5. Design CMS template Use the site prototype to design a CMS site template. The template must reflect the branding, marketing objectives, and functionality required by Acme Underground Contracting. After receiving client approval, install system and begin site construction. 6. Determine and install website applications Research and determine the best site applications to integrate with website. This includes site search capabilities, an ecommerce shopping cart, and a language translator.

7. Complete product and content website development Complete all site pages and product entries. 8. Complete all site testing and revisions This includes content editing, product or ecommerce revisions, and usability testing. 9. Add company email accounts (if applicable) Add email accounts to hosting account. 10. Integrate site analytics and submit sitemap to search engines Install analytics code in site source code to provide detailed traffic reports. Send sitemap to major search engines. 11. Implement online marketing program Complete search engine PPC campaigns with Google, Bing.com, and Yahoo. Consider direct marketing tools where applicable. Evaluate the effectiveness of using social networking marketing tools such as Twitter and Facebook. Contact related sites for link exchanges.

This section consists of a project phases and its deliverables to insist the proposal to build an Electronic Marketing System for Donald Trump organization. All phases & deliverables are closely planned to enable the secession of the system development.

Donald Trump Role: CEO Responsibility: Provides the overall strategic vision and purpose for the site development project, approves the contract or work plan, is responsible for the budget and project schedule, and provides the resources to support the work of the site development team. 2. Mohd Razi bin Othman Role: Project manager Responsibility: Coordinates and communicates the day-to-day tactical implementation of the web site project, acting within the constraints of the project charters and goals, project budget, development schedule, and quality objectives laid out in the planning stages

3. Zulkifli bin Musa Role: Usability lead Responsibility: To shape the overall user experience. And works closely with the information architectin fact, the same individual often fills both information architect and usability roles. As the primary

user advocate on the development team, the usability lead has responsibility for user testing, user research and persona development, and universal usability standards for the site project.

4. Khairil bin Anuar Role: Information architect Responsibility: Organizes and categorizes web site structure and content. The information architect is most active early in the design and planning phases of the project, developing content categorization schemes, consistent site terminology, content structure across the site, and site architecture diagrams that explain the overall site planning to both the sponsor and the web team members.

Saiful bahari Role: Art director Responsibility: Responsibility is the overall look and feel for the web site, establishing the site typography, visual interface design, color palette standards, page layout details, and the particulars of how the graphics, photography, illustration, and audiovisual media elements of the site come together to form an integrated whole

Azman Ali Role: Web technology lead Responsibility: The web technology lead must have a broad grasp of web publishing environments, development languages and web development frameworks, web database options, and network technology. The technology lead acts as the bridge, translator, communicator between the technologists and the creative and project management elements of the team.

Role: Site production lead Responsibility: Early in the design stage the site production lead is responsible for converting initial web site page mockups, designs, and wireframes into HTML pages. Once the site has been planned and the design and information architecture plans have been completed, the site production lead manages the work of building the sites pages, either directly in plain HTML or within a web content management system (CMS) or using web site production software such as Adobe Dreamweaver.

Get the feedback for any potential problem. Develop the email capture, email database management and HTML formatted newsletters and announcements. Also provide RSS on site as a service to customer for their newsletter. Develop the online marketing. Setting up a site on Facebook.com and Twitter to stay in touch with customers and prospects, to promote any events and to drive traffic to site. Provide consultation to assist with all aspects especially in web based marketing.
