A Graduation Banquet honoring all December graduates will be held on the evening of Thurs, Dec 13th, at 6:00 pm. Dinner for each graduate and one guest will be provided; two additional tickets per graduate will be available for $10 each and can be picked up in the Student Life Office. Any tickets not secured by Nov 28th will be made available to those desiring to bring additional guests ($10 each). The deadline for reserving tickets is Thurs, Dec 6th. On Monday, December 3rd from 1pm-5pm there will be a Christmas Cookie Drop-In at the Alumni Center for students to enjoy homemade cookies and hot apple cider! Lost and Found articles will be on the tables in the Student Center starting Mon, Dec 3rd. If you have lost something this semester, please come by the tables to see if it has been found.

Operation Magi Help a CIU student family this Christmas by buying gifts for children, providing food, or helping out in other ways. Come by the Student Life Office if you would like to help. The College of Education is bringing Dr. Vernard Gant to campus to teach Ministering to Children of Poverty - EDU 3815/5815. This course is for anyone interested in learning about working with those in poverty. Dr. Gant is the ACSI director of Urban Christian Schools Services and a CIU graduate. This intensive course is the week of January 14-18, 8am -5pm. You can earn 3 credit hours for $250. For more information contact the registrar’s office.
