It’s hard to believe its December already, but I’m certainly not complaining! For those of you that won’t be back second semester: take care! Please stop by to say farewell and feel free to contact me with any questions you may have about checking out. I wish you all the best of luck with finals; although, who needs luck when you can work hard and get what you want, right?! The finish line is in sight, but there are still lots to do. Now is the time to focus and finish strong. If you believe it, you can achieve it! *Happy holidays, Woodside!* Sincerely, Lupita

Putting up decorations in celebration of the holidays is an important & joyous tradition for many of us. Please keep in mind these important polices:
NO real Christmas trees are allowed. They pose a serious fire hazard and will be removed immediately if seen. NO candles of any kind, including light-up wax candles, can be used. NO hanging decorations from doorways, ceilings, pipes or sprinklers.
Have a safe & happy holiday season!
Leaving at Midyear? Make sure to check out!
If you are moving out of Woodside at mid-semester for ANY reason, you must make sure to officially check-out at the Woodside office. The deadline to check-out is 3pm on Saturday, December 15. To check out you will need to completely remove your belongings from the apartment and clean your space so that it’s in move-in condition. Winter Parking Ban Info
The Winter Parking Ban (WPB) begins at midnight on December 1st and runs until April 1. Every night during this period, regardless of weather conditions, most campus parking areas and spaces are off limits to parking from midnight to 6a.m. Parking is limited to “exempt” areas only. Campus residents with valid parking permits are okay to park in their assigned lots. It is essential that campus residents correctly advise their guests about the WPB and where it’s safe to park. For a complete description of the options and restrictions, please visit www.unh.edu/transportation/ parking, or call 603-862-1001.
Apartment have a vacancy?
If your apartment has a mid-year vacancy there will most-likely be a new resident coming in for second semester. Residents moving from one apartment to another will be moving on January 9 & 10. Residents moving from other locations into mid-year vacancies will be moving in on January 20th. Residents leaving your apartment are responsible for cleaning their bedroom areas. It is also a good idea for the remaining residents to tidy up before new roommates come in in an effort to put your best foot forward and start the semester off on a welcoming note. A good start can seriously minimize the chances of serious roommate conflicts later in the year.
At this point your heat should be working normally. If your apartment is way to hot or too cold no matter how you adjust your thermostat please call UNH Facilities at 603-862-1437. Too Hot = Wasted energy Unpleasant, & potentially a sign of a larger problem
Too Cold =
