Sigma Phi Epsilon Social Fraternity Maryville, Missouri Sept. 2010 - Present Vice President of Recruitment Nov. 2011 Present • Manage a 10 person committee during recruitment and developed strategies to improve the year round recruitment for the fraternity. • Plan and develop flyers for rush events. • Design recruitment shirts for the chapter and raise money to provide shirts for the new members. • Elected as one of the seven executive members in the fraternity. Provide input dealing with disciplinary issues and future plans. • Facilitator of two scholarship awards, which involve sending letters to the top 250 male freshman, narrowing down to the top two candidates who apply.
