Elmira. Champagne’s goal on Friday was scored while the Royals were playing with the man advantage. Champagne’s six power play points (3g-3a)
is second to Yannick Tifu (4g-4a) in that category. Champagne has played to a plus in four of his last five games with Reading.
9. Kirk MacDonald, who assisted on the Royals first goal (by Ethan Cox) in Sunday’s 3-1 win, generated a total of 14 shots in the three games the
team played this past week. MacDonald leads the Royals with 76 shots in 22 games for Reading, which is an average of 3.45 shots per game.
10. Adam Comrie stretched his personal goal scoring streak to three games when he scored the game’s first goal in Wednesday’s 4-2 win over Flori-
da. That was Comrie’s team leading third ‘fg’ of the season. Comrie also assisted on the team’s game winner that night to record ŚŝƐ ƚŚŝƌĚ ŵƵůƟ-
point performance of the season. Comrie’s 62 shots this season is third amongst defenseman in the league. Comrie is playing to a team leading plus

11. Ian O’Connor snapped a six game goal scoring streak when he scored the game’s first goal 2:28 into Friday’s 7-4 win over Elmira. That was

12. Barry Almeida is riding a three game point streak (2g-3a=5pts). Almeia, who has four goals in his last six games with the Royals, recorded his
second three-point game of the season on Friday in Elmira (1g-2a). Almeida generated a personal season high five shots on goal in Saturday’s 3-1
win.

down. His goal on Friday in Elmira proved his first pro game winner. Galiev has generated 33 shots in nine games for Reading, an average of 3.66
shots per game.
15. Goaltender Philipp Grubauer won both of the games he played this past week, stopping 28 of 30 shots in the 4-2 win over Florida on Wednes-
day and then making a team-season high 37 saves in the Royals’ 3-ϭ ǁŝŶ ŽŶ SĂƚƵƌĚĂLJ ŝŶ LůŵŝƌĂ͘ CƌƵďĂƵĞƌ͕ ǁŚŽ ŚĂƐ ŚĞůĚ ƚŚĞ ŽƉƉŽƐŝƟon to two goals
or less in nine of the sixteen games that he has started this season, has gone 12-1-0-0 in his last thirteen starts. His twelve ǁŝŶƐ ĂƌĞ ƟĞĚ ĨŽƌ ƚŚĞ
league lead. His 2.23 goals against average is third amongst goaltenders in the ECHL. He has played 1000 minutes thus far this year, which is third-
most in the league. He has stopped 393 of the 429 shots he’s faced for a .916 save percentage. Grubauer also picked up his first point as a Royal
when he assisted on David Marshall’s power play goal 11:42 into the second period of Wednesday’s 4-2 win over Florida.
16. Brandon Anderson won his start this past week, stopping twenty-nine of the thirty-three shots he faced against the Elmira Jackals on Friday
night. Anderson is 4-3-0-1 this season with a 3.57 goals against average and a .870 save percentage..
