Helpful Information The HERB 160 TRAIL complete bike is build around our original HERB 160 aftermarket frame using only parts of exceptional quality. The components are picked to serve you with best performance during Enduro and Trail rides. The suspension is based on Rock Shox´s Monarch Plus RC3 shock and the all mighty Lyric with Mission Control DH cardrige. We supply you with a 2x10 speed drive train fitted with 36/22T chain rings up front and bash guard. Finally we put the bike on in house assembled wheels, using the super wide and light SUPRA30 rim with DT Super Comp Spokes and SRAM X9 hubs. On the rims you have Continental Mountain King II 2,4“ tires. Please have a look at our web shop for the full list of available custom options. The table to the left shows the nominal geometry of our frames using a Rock Shox Lyrik fork with 160 mm travel and 2 mm stack height for the bottom part of the head set.Typically the semi integrated head set has a stack height of 2-4 mm, minimal changes for the steering angle can result from this. Also notice that the fork lenght may vary +/- 5mm according to the fork manufacturers tolerances. If you want to use a different fork you can easily calculate the approximate change of the steering angle. The change is about 0,5 °0,4 ° towards a steeper angle per 10 mm lowered crown.
