Talking with a partner, friend or therapist opens the door for anxiety relief and can help address and alleviate some of our fears. Men are notorious for keeping things inside and it’s no different for a delicate subject like this. Things like our penis size, body image, relationship difficulties, and stressors in life (work, financial, family, health) can all add to our anxiety levels in the bedroom.

Ever notice the tension you feel in your body? Men are less likely to find ways to release pelvic tension. Often, men are engaged in actions and behaviors throughout their lives and during sex that reinforce muscular tension. During sex, if you’re holding your breath, flexing your abs and muscles, or supporting your weight in certain positions (missionary position is a good example.) This creates muscle tensions which increases the potential for premature ejaculation.

I also recommend you allow your partner (or masseuse) to give you a full body massage. Be mindful of the performance anxiety you experience and the tension release you feel as the massage therapist touches your stomach, your thighs, your buttocks, and other areas of your body.

The concern is not about genital stimulation. It is about managing the discomfort you may feel with your body being seen and touched. Men who are comfortable with their body image and with being touched often have lower ratings of sexual anxiety, and are therefore, better lovers.

Another important technique to lasting longer is doing Kegel exercises. If you haven’t tried them, what are you waiting for? There’s no better method to strengthen your pelvic region and to create strong pubococcygeus muscles.

One of the reasons Peyton Manning and Tom Brady are two of the great quarterbacks in the NFL is because they spend thousands of hours watching game films to prepare for the game. What are you doing to prepare for sex? You can’t expect greatness if you don’t put in the time.

premature ejaculation: start-stop method

The start-stop method is a tested method to learning ejaculatory control and lasting longer. A man will stimulate his penis until he is ready to have an orgasm and then cease stimulation. By doing this you training yourself to find when your ejaculatory inevitability occurs, or your point of no return. This is the moment before orgasm when you’re about to explode. Instead of ejaculating, you refrain from stimulation and allow the feeling of orgasm to subside.

When you can do this with your hands it’s easier to do it with a pussy. You’ll start, tell her to relax and allow you time to “destimulate” (“Wait, give me a moment so I won’t cum too soon. I want to make love to you a long time.”) You’ll reach a point where you can enjoy the sex and admiring her but you won’t feel like you’re going to cum.

Some men will often squeeze their PC muscles (a Kegel contraction) to help hold back orgasm and ejaculation. Essentially, you’re teaching your


mind and body to get comfortable with being in heightened states of arousal and learning when the onset of orgasm approaches.

The goal is to stretch out the plateau phase of the sexual response cycle and put more distance between the excitement and orgasm phase.

Some men will do the start-stop method repeatedly for months and most gradually notice changes in their control, duration of maintained stimulation, and their anxiety and confidence levels.

At first, masturbate alone using the start-stop method, then use it during partnered manual stimulation (hand job), fellatio (blow job) and, finally, incorporate the start-stop method with intercourse.

As you develop control you can be in a state where you have something like “dry orgasms,” one after the other, or as we call it, “male multiple orgasms.” I’ll discuss this in depth and more carefully later in this book.

premature ejaculation: masturbation

Masturbatory patterns are a form of learned behavior that often need to be unlearned. Most guys have a fast-track orgasm approach to masturbation. Whether it’s because mom always knew the worst time to knock on your door, or your decision to rub one out fast when stressed, we often train ourselves to be quick on the orgasm trigger.

I wish to stress this again: Parents do not “own” their children. Micromanaging your son or daughter is the fast route to making that kid decide to move out as soon as possible and see you as little as possible forever there after! If the kid has his/her door closed, leave him/her alone! Have a little respect for that person’s self determination.

Domineering parents can drive a child to absolute distraction. Your feeling is that you must force this person to “Obey” you at all costs, turning that person into a mental robot, driving him/her psychologically down the emotional tone scale toward apathy. But the opposite approach works better. As the person is allowed to be self-determined and creative he/she comes up the tone scale through chronic displays of anger, pain and antagonism to conservatism and finally into


cheerfulness. At that point you have a person who you can trust and like to have in your presence.

The approach of micro-management is essentially saying, “The beatings will continue until moral improves.” It won’t improve! The mental abuse will drive the two of you apart, or worse, lead to a violent and terrible end of some sort acted against you or someone else who is undeserved of this mistreatment.

You need to change this masturbation mentality of goal-oriented orgasm to one that focuses on taking your time and getting comfortable with heightened sensations. Masturbation is the best practice for sex. Instead of racing to orgasm, take at least 20 minutes of masturbation time before allowing yourself to ejaculate. Premature ejaculation: sex positions

Who would’ve thought the positions we have sex in can impact premature ejaculation? Oddly enough, the most popular position in the U.S. is male superior (missionary), which is also the position associated most with premature ejaculation. This is because muscular tension is increased as the male is supporting his body weight with his arms and core strength.

A man looking to cure premature ejaculation will do best with positions that limit muscular tension such as female superior (female on top), side- to-side (spooning) and rear entry (doggy style) when both partners are on their knees. Premature ejaculation: other treatments

Forget crèmes and desensitizing potions. The entire direction of that thinking is flawed. Ejaculating before intercourse is an excellent way to last longer. The more times you ejaculate in a sexual experience, the longer lasting you’ll become and less semen you’ll produce. Most men don’t ejaculate more than once during intercourse and most of us know how long it takes to “recycle” and be ready for intercourse again. In that case, if you know you’re likely to make love to her after she comes from her evening shower and you want a quick fix to your immediate worry, bring yourself off while she’s in the bath. Kegel session 1 Exercise A

Sets: 3 Quickly clench and release repeatedly for 10 seconds.

Take a 10-second break between sets.

Exercise B

Sets: 10 Clench and release repeatedly for 5 seconds. Take a 5-second break between sets.

Exercise C

Sets: 3 Tighten and hold your PC muscle for 30 seconds.

Take a 30 second break between sets.

That’s it for today, but repeat these Kegel exercises for men daily for one week.

You can do the session 2 Kegel exercises for men for a week; however, feel free to progress if you feel you are strong enough. Remember that these are strengthening exercises, so start off slowly and build up, just like you would with any other muscle.

Exercise A

Sets: 30 (work your way up to more than 100) Clench and release your PC muscle over and over again.

Exercise B

Sets: 5 Tighten as much as you possibly can (ensure that you are only squeezing your PC muscle).

Hold for 20 seconds.

Take a 30-second break between sets.


Kegel Session 4

Exercise A

Sets: As many as you like. Clench and release your PC muscle repeatedly for 2 minutes every day.

Work your way up to doing 20 minutes 3 times a day -- you should eventually be able to perform 200 repetitions per session. If you take a walk clinch and release in some sort of rhythm like squeeze for 5 steps, relax for 4 steps and repeat. You can get good over all exercise with a walk and come home better all around.

Best Timing

You can do Kegel exercises anytime, anywhere; there are very few places you can’t practice this. It is not recommended, however, to do these exercises when you are trying to concentrate on something else, as you may find yourself quite distracted. A great place to do them is on the couch in front of the TV or while stuck at traffic lights.

How Will I Know When Something Is Happening?

You will know because you will be able to feel it, and so will your lover.

Just remember that it might take a few weeks to build up some strength.

Advanced Exercises: Testicle perception and motion control will (1) sharpen your perception of your testicles, (2) develop control of testicular muscles, and (3) strengthen those muscles and the testicular cord. If you do this 20 minutes twice a day, morning and night, and a third time if you can in mid day, it will do wonderful things for your mental condition. You'll find you can use similar commands to improve your reading speed, ability to learn, ability to handle emotional responses you don't like about yourself, and more. So now you have a nice little introduction to self hypnosis and you can use it to improve your sexual response! (3) This exercise requires an erection. Place a bath towel over the shaft and head of your cock so it hangs down as if it's hanging over a peg. Now raise and lower the towel. Do whatever you can do. Do it 5 or 10 times until you can't lift any more. Do it every 2nd day just like weight lifting, increasing your number of repetitions as you get stronger. If you can't use a towel, try a smaller hand towel or a wash cloth. (4) Myotonia is a term to explain the tension most men build in the abdominal and leg muscles with rising sexual excitation. The technique is done in the missionary position (there is a Woman on top variation that I will go over later). The Taoist 9 in 1 Technique

7. Hair triggers can be handled.

A common mixed cooking oil seems best. Olive is costly but considered

excellent by some men. Corn is heavy and tends to be sticky unless you

use a lot of it. Expensive oils for massage are unnecessary.

Advanced technique - use only after you have milked your penis over a

period of several weeks: when your penis becomes semi-erect, wrap

thumb and forefinger completely around shaft, making the American 'A-

OK' sign (which is quite obscene in some other countries). Tighten your

PC muscles (optional), then pull with a slight downward angle. Don't

My suggestions:

200-300 strokes/day with a firm but not painful grip for the first week

If you prefer to avoid the bathroom time or must share with others,

extra blankets to be really warm before you wake, put a big towel under

Get in 50 strokes, rest a little, do another 50. Keep going with rest and

wiggle breaks to 500 strokes.


Another suggestion about Milking: Occasionally reach your finger tips under your crotch to the front corner of the anus and press in there at the root of the penis and while pressing move your hand forward pushing blood along the veins there toward and into the penis. Second Exercise. This can be done any time anywhere, though I would

< Can’t Get Enough?

OKAY! Now that you know the techniques it is time to discuss how to

use them collectively. You don't have to use all of the above techniques

to achieve growth. For instance you can do none of the exercises and

still achieve some increases, however, your erection may not be as hard,

your ejaculations may be weaker, etc. For best results you should use all

of the listed techniques.

You can break this program up and do part of it in the morning and part

in the evening. If this is what you intend to do you should always start

and end each session with the hot compress. To make it of any value you

must be prepared to spend at least 30 minutes during each session, and

knew about it, but any discussion of penis size stirred anxiety deep

within - I cringed at penis size jokes. I secretly wondered if I was

abnormally small. I had never heard of penis enlargement. I assumed it

was impossible.

Despite my concern about my penis size, I didn't know how big my

penis was. Beyond the "what's six inches long and has nuts?" joke in

elementary school (a Hershey bar), I didn't know how big I was

"supposed" to be. I stumbled across a magazine article about penis size,

and learned that average for a grown man was 6" long erect, and 5"

around at mid-shaft. So I measured, and was surprised to find myself

exactly average. Well, 1/8" skinnier. 1/8" longer - maybe. I stretched my

penis out of curiosity - it didn't get any longer. I was stuck with what I

had. 6", more or less.

And I was normal. And average.

But looking in the mirror, I couldn't believe I was average - it looked

two hundred pounds (one pound=.454 kg). What was I doing with the

smallest "normal" penis? What would I look like with the biggest

"normal" penis?

Changing toilet paper one day, I found out. I measured the tube: 4.5"

long, a bit over 1.5" wide. This is about what my penis size might be if it

was large normal, like the rest of me. I dropped my trousers and held it

at my crotch.

How depressing. It looked good, but it would not - could not - ever be

Measuring your penis

Measure yourself before you start your enlargement regimen. You'd be

amazed how many guys measure carelessly, then can't believe their

original measurements once their penis starts getting larger. Just do it.

a table, maybe with a piece of graph paper under it and the measuring

tape meeting at the top so the camera can plainly photograph it’s

maximum circumference.

Do this again after 60-days, and again at the start of each month. Keep

this information ON PAPER in a note book and save your photos to

your hard drive.

visual comparisons are much more powerful than simply using numbers.

Measuring the penis

To get the most accurate measurements for an individual's penis size, it has been recommended that several measurements be taken at different times, preferably with different erections on different days. The measurements are then to be averaged together. This is to account for what may be natural variability in size due to factors such as arousal level, time of day, room temperature, frequency of sexual activity, and unreliability of the measurement methods.



The length can be measured with the subject standing and the penis held parallel to the floor. The penis is measured along the top, from the base to the tip. Results are inaccurate if the measurement is taken along the underside of the penis, or if the subject is seated or prone.


Penis girth is the measurement of the circumference of the completely erect penis. It is variously quoted as an average of three measurements: just below the glans penis, in the middle of the shaft, and at the base.


A penis must be completely erect in order to obtain an accurate measurement. This may be difficult to achieve in a clinical setting. At least one Brazilian doctor resorted to injecting penises with drugs to induce erection, which gave more consistent results. Some clinicians measure the penis by stretching the flaccid penis as far as comfortably possible.

Studies on penis size

While results vary across studies, the consensus is that the mean human penis is approximately 12.9–15 cm (5.1–5.9 in) in length with a 95% confidence interval of (10.7 cm, 19.1 cm) (or, equivalently, 4.23 in, 7.53 in).

The typical girth or circumference is approximately 12.3 cm (4.85 in) when fully erect. The mean penis size is slightly greater than the median size. Contrary to popular belief, there is no scientific relation between penis size and race.

Erect length

Several scientific studies have been performed on the erect length of the adult penis. Studies which have relied on self-measurement, including those from Internet surveys,


consistently reported a higher average length than those which used medical or scientific methods to obtain measurements.

The following staff-measured studies are each composed of different subgroups of the human population (i.e. specific age range and/or race; selection of those with sexual medical concerns or self-selection) which could cause a sample bias.

A study published in the September 1996 Journal of Urology concluded that average erect length was 12.9 cm (5.08 in) (measured by staff). The purpose of the study was to “provide guidelines of penile length and circumference to assist in counseling patients considering penile augmentation.” Erection was pharmacologically induced in 80 physically normal American men (varying ethnicity, average age 54). “Neither patient age nor size of the flaccid penis accurately predicted erectile length.”
