3. A notarized Employment Reference Form. The required documented length of your experience has to do with your level of education. Remember, you need the proof of AT LEAST THREE YEARS of documented relevant experience if you have a high school education. If you changed employers in the last three years, you may make copies of this form and submit a separate notarized form from each employer. 4. Inspector agrees and understands that API shall be the sole judge or whether the Inspector has the appropriate qualifications to become certified. However..
