ACTUAL EXECUTED WORK

STEEL WORKS 1.) Install top reinforcement bars at pier column 4 with a total weight of 1,186.96 kgs. 2.) Install fifteen layers ring bar and one layer inner hook bar at pier 32 with a total weight of 137.10 kgs. 3.) Install rebars at pier 31kicker and foundation with a total weight of 80.28 kgs. 4.) Repair and reinstall rebars at bearing area of pier column 3 with a total weight of 125.23 kgs. 5.) Install rebars of the girder beetween pier 14 and pier 15 with a total weight of 735.52 kgs. 6.) Install rebars for the girder bet. Pier 8 and pier 9 with a total weight of 1626.72 kgs. 7.) Manual hauling of rebars from workshop to girder between pier 8 and peir 8 with a total weight of 426.15 kgs. 8.) Install rebars a at pier 17 foundation with a total weight of 2,93.51 kgs. 9.) Install and align top rebars of the foundation 37 with a total weight of 227.28 kgs.

CARPENTRY WORKS 1.) Realign the sleeve pipe at pier column 3 2.) Fixing all the support at pier column 3 for final alignment. 3.) Fabricate formworks at girder between pier 14 and pier 15 with a total area of 32.4 sq.m 4.) Install scaffolding at pier 37 foundation 5.) Put planks for the access of the workers and consultant for inspection. 6.) Install interior shuttering at girder between pier 5 and pier 6 with a total area of 3.42 sq.m 7.) Install planks as the top support of the girde shuttering with a total of 320 bd.ft. 8.) Install shuttering of the girder between pier 14 nad pier 15 with a total area of 81 sq.m 9.) Install kicker and support at pier 31. 10.) Fixed all the exterior support of the foundation at pier 37. 11.) Cutting and bending of steel with a total weight of 10,779.70 kgs.

MASON 1.) Apply second coat betumin painting at pier 39 foundation with a total area of 92 sq.m 2.) Chiiping the loose concrete at pier 32 foundation.. 3.) Casting of concrete at pier column 14 1st stage and pier column 3 2nd stage with a total volume of 99 cu.m

SAFETY WORKS 1.) Cleaning and Removal of Construction Waste and Debris from the project site. 2.) Checking and Monitoring of Safety Rules and Regulations at the project site. MISCELLANEOUS WORKS
