True  to  our  name,  it  is  our  dream  and  our   deepest  passion  to  create  and  deliver  the   best-­‐tasting  and  artistically  made  cakes   based  on  your  needs.     Our  cakes  are  made  from  our  best  dense  mud   cakes  and  finished  Australian  style  (filled  and   covered  in  chocolate  ganache    so  it’s  all   chocolate  instead  of  buttercream/frosting)   and  fully  covered  in  fondant  and  ALL  edible   decorations.   As  part  of  our  service,  we’ll  work  with  you  to   design  a  cake  that  will  truly  represent  you  and   your  special  day.     Please  b e  advised  that  rush  cakes  are   impossible  to  make.  Depending  on  our   schedules,  we  really  need  to  carefully  plan  the   process  of  making  the  cake.  It  usually  takes   days  for  us  to  finish  a  simple  cake   nonetheless  carved  and  complicated  cake   designs.  

Booking  and     what  to  prepare:  
We  recommend  allowing  us  2-­‐3  m onths  notice   on  your  cake  needs  or  as  early  as  possible  so  we   can  check  our  schedule  availability   When  contacting  us,  please  prepare  the   following:   -­‐When  do  you  need  it?  Exact  d ates  please.   -­‐How  many  people  do  you  need  the  cake  to   feed?  Will  it  be  for  display  and/or  dessert?   -­‐What  style  do  you  want?  Sample  photos?   -­‐Venue  size  (so  we  know  how  to  size  and   proportion  the  cake)   -­‐Wedding  or  Birthday  (event)  invite   -­‐Design  details,  colors,  etc.   -­‐How  many  layers?

Our  Flavors  and  Consultation  
FLAVORS:  Chocolate  Mud  Cake,  White  Chocolate  Mud  Cake,  Coconut,  Carrot  and  Flourless   Orange  and  Almond  Cake   **We  offer  tastings  for  all  our  cake  flavors  and  are  available  by  request  upon  finalization  (50%   deposit  is  confirmed).  1  week’s  notice  is  needed  to  prepare  for  the  tasting.   CONSULTATION  &  DESIGN:    When  we  design  a  cake  for  you,  the  initial  step  is  for  us  to  describe   and  provide  design  ideas  and  samples  of  what  the  design  of  the  cake  will  look  like  as  well  as  a   quotation  to  ensure  that  you’re  comfortable  with  the  details.     PRICING:  We  don’t  have  fixed  prices  for  our  cakes.  All  cakes  are  priced  given  the  flavors,  amount   of  chocolates  to  be  used,  complexity  of  design  and  the  amount  of  work  needed  to  complete  it.   Please  bear  in  mind  as  well  that  email  exchanges  and  designing  your  cake  is  part  of  the  whole   cake  fee  as  this  takes  a  whole  lot  of  time  on  the  hands  of  the  designers  to  make  sure  that  you  get   the  best  cake  design  that  we  can  provide  you  with.    

 

The  Design  &  CREATION  Process  
To  give  you  an  idea  of  the  design  process  that  we  do  for   cakes,  here’s  a  brief  flow  of  events:   1. Initial  consultation  occurs  where  client  can  email   his/her  cake  inquiry  or  call/text  and  schedule  a   consultation  meeting  with  us.   We  exchange  emails  (most  convenient)  to  regarding   sample  designs  and  inspiration  photos  for  the  cakes   and  the  design  details  that  the  client  wants.   Once  the  client  gets  the  idea  and  approves  a  sample   design,  we  prepare  to  send  out  quotations  together   with  options  for  the  cake  samples  approved.   Upon  client’s  approval,  50%  non-­‐refundable  down   payment/deposit  is  required  for  final  confirmation  to   start  preparations,  etc.     We  provide  final  sketch  to  the  client.  A   complimentary  round  of  changes  is  given.  Any   additional  revisions  are  possible  but  after  the   complimentary  round  it  will  incur  administration  fees.     Upon  finalization  and  sketch  approval,  a  week  before   the  date,  final  balance  pf  payment  is  required  and   7. preparations  are  made:     a. b. c. 5  days  before,  the  decorations  (figures,   flowers,  etc.)  are  made   4-­‐3  days  before,  cakes  are  baked  and   refrigerated  and  ganache  is  made   3  days  before,  cakes  are  cut,  carved  and   ganached  and  placed  in  an  air  conditioned   room  overnight  to  set.   2  days  before,  ganached  cakes  are  covered  in   fondant.   1  day  before,  the  final  decorations  are  placed   and  set-­‐up.  Allow  the  cake  24  hours  to  rest  to   keep  shape  in  air-­‐conditioned  room.

CANCELLATION:    after  final  payment  and   preparations  have  been  made,  there’s  no  more   refund.       NOTE:  No  cake  will  be  allowed  to  be  delivered  and   /or  picked  up  if  it  is  not  fully  paid.
