LIVE – We Contain Cosmos – Old Beliefs Go
Abraham Hicks – Angels & Spirit Guides 6:35 What Did You Forget? - Alan Watts 3:34 Ghosts 4:30 Video Journal
The live video journal here was so free-form. I must admit I don't know what it contains. My hold on such things gets looser and looser – with my full permission & cooperation – that I don't know what to say, here. So it may turn out to be a completely different journal in the end. That hasn't happened yet, of course. I guess what's required is just more letting go – more trusting Higher Self – which I am now calling Essence, instead – to deliver here, just as it did in the video version. Let's see where it goes. I feel changed, somewhat, since 12/21 of last year. I didn't really expect this. Well, maybe that's why I feel it. Not having expectations is a really nice way to go. That way you don't get in your own way, as it were. Actually, that way mind doesn't get in your way is another way to say it. Do you see? Bet you do. Somehow, expectations always seem to get in the way at some point, if not right away. When they exist, they are something that
can be violated, that can then dissappoint when they are unfulfilled. When things come out some other way than what was expected, what was desired, the stage has been set for being let down. The mind and the emotions get into it, then. Meanwhile, what actually happened isn't really noticed very well. What is noticed is how closely what happened matched our expectation – and not much else. The mind is very involved. It is judging things, deciding whether they are satisfactory or not. In this scenario, selfobservation goes out the window. It doesn't really take place. How can it? Optimally, we self-observe with a deeper aspect of our being than mind. Mind isn't really able to break out of itself to observe itself, after all. The Witness is not the mind. Thus, to have mind basically running the show is what happens when expectations exist. I guess I don't need to say that this is less than optimal – this you know. Mind is a creature that likes to live in the future, via expectations about it, and in the past. All that mind contains comes from the past – all it has learned. For some reason, mind is not content to just be. It prefers to be arranging, to always be fixing things, or figuring them out – making plans. If you don't meditate, it's likely because mind is running the show, at least to some extent. What to do about this? First, notice how that question came from mind – the one always needing to “do something.” Now, take two steps back, and look, again. Perhaps remind the self that you are not mind – or not just mind. Your Essence is not of 3D – it's just playing, just visiting here. This is not where it lives, so to speak. Now yes, ultimately simply everything is all One. That would mean who you are is just as much mind and body and all of 3D as it is consciousness or spirit, or the Essence of you, which I have called Higher Self. Yes, that is one side of the coin. Yet how accessible is that to your experience? If mind throws that up at you, what then? How about just observe? No doing is required – not really. In such things what always seems to be called for is Being, rather than doing. We begin to see how very linear this whole concept of doing actually is. We begin to see through it – to realize that, in
any real sense, it doesn't even exist. Doing is strictly a mind thing – at least, that's how I'm seeing it, these days. If I'm not being danced – if I'm not in the Heart flow – then I'm not interested, anymore. And when we're being danced, we're not doing anything. Sure, the body may be seen by others to be doing this or that – to be reading or writing or speaking or driving – whatever. Yet that is just happening. Essence is doing any doing that's being done – not mind, not body – Higher Self is the actor, instead. That's a strange case for the mind to be in. It's not playing its accustomed, its leading role. Initially, it will resist. If you're identified with it, you will think you are resisting – but that isn't the case. You are not mind. You have one, instead. It takes a certain stepping back and just watching for this to make sense. Does this make sense? If not, be Heart-centered to listen or read, here. I offer nothing for mind. Yet I trust you can see how mind still participates in this. It's not uninvolved, just not in the lead role. More information, more facts, more ideas are not needed, here. We have plenty – more than we require. Mind, being unable [without training or your assistance] to be still and simply present to the Now, is unable to realize the fullness that is you. It doesn't yet fully perceive you. This colours every thought that it thinks. Mind cannot help but judge you to be as limited as it is. Mind doesn't know what it doesn't know, of course. This is no failure on its part. Mind is just naturally being itself. It's up to you to take the reins back – if that is your choice. This is yet another – and a very important – way to take more of your power back. We've all entrusted mind with a huge store of our personal power. We went so far as to actually identify with it – to think it was who and what we are. When that didn't take us where we desired to go, we began to question the wisdom of it. Still, it generally takes – or used to take – quite a number of lifetimes before we could see this with any clarity. Now that is all changing. Time, itself, has more and more stuffed into less and less of it, to the point of amazement, now and then – when we look up from mind and notice, that is. Things are defi-
nitely shifting. Do you feel it? I don't ask “Can you,” because I know that you can. It is wise to be careful of such little words and “can” and “do.” Without realizing it, we tie ourselves up all the time with our words – when all it would take is some good, solid self-observation to become aware of it. It's not in our best interest to speak when we're not really present – not fully, anyway – and most of us are not really here. Where are we? Come on – you know that one. We're preoccupied with mind – mind who never wants to be present to Now. If you start self-watching, you'll notice pretty quickly how often mind takes you into future or past, instead. To me, if I'm not in Now, then I'm not really here. I'm elsewhere. And all my goodies are given only in Now. Let's be present in our present so we can receive all of our presents. Oh well – more fun with words. It's really the case, though, that anything of great worth is always and only found in the Now. I don't know why that is – it just is. That makes it incumbent on us to find our way to the NowHere. Yes, this is a bit silly, for we are always present in Now. Yet that part or aspect of us that is present to Now is often the subconscious or unconscious one – while the conscious mind is off wandering, who knows where. What I'm saying, then, is to be focused, to be fully present to our Now – not just haphazardly there. This calls on a level of awakeness that not everyone is yet able to deliver – on a consistent basis, at least. We're quite programmed to be lazy in our awareness. We're actually educated and programmed to spend all of our time in left-brain. That's to not be present to Now, by definition. I hope you can see this. How awake are you? Have you ever struggled to awaken from a dream – perhaps a bad one? Do you remember how hard this can be? It can take a real, concerted effort to come awake, both from a night dream and from our dream we call our waking life, too. By now most of those who follow things like these journals are no longer sleepling along. We've all come to an increased level of awareness – of awakeness, it could be said. And that's great. We've been at this for such a long while, haven't we? Many life-
times, in fact, we've been at it. What I'd like to say about that is to drop the past. Let all memory of that go. If you don't, what will likely happen is that you will seriously slow yourself down. How is that? Far more living fits into far less time, today, than in the past. When things are judged by how long they once took, that's to not see how quickly they can happen, today. All the rules are seriously changing, everywhere. Nothing remains static, now. Yet we are also individually creating our own reality – our own “future,” if you will. Thus, what beliefs we hold about things are the construction blueprints we use. Do you see, now, why holding awareness of the past in your Now is less than useful? It will, at a minimum, slow you down. How brave are you? Have you ever been, even for a moment, free of both future and past – of expectation and regret, of hope and memory? It can be done. Basically, it's accomplished when you make the trek from head to Heart. Heart is simply boundless. There is no time nor space, there. It's unlimited, instead – and mind doesn't get that. It's not fair to expect mind to get such things. That's not it's realm, not what it was made for. It's a bit like trying to talk with your feet. They're designed for other uses. Do you see? I bet you do. Let's all be kind to mind, then, and not abusive. Yes, even though it's been abusive most of your life, do realize that's not its fault. It was programmed by some pretty slick tricksters – TPTW (The Powers That Were) – back when they were TPTB (The Powers That Be). Love is going to turn out to be the answer – or contained in the answer – to simply everything. That's what I'm discovering, anyway. No matter what, I find there's a strong dose of unconditional Love built right in. It feels really good, I can tell you. I highly recommend it – unconditional Love. Do you tear-up more often these days – finding surprisingly little things make you cry? I do. I find I have quite turned into this Love. Actually, it's likely been there, all along – it just wasn't noticed, wasn't given free rein, before. Now it is – and I'm so glad. Just about every old belief I ever held goes away when it comes
up. Nothing at all is what I expected it to be – so I gave up expectations for the New Year. Actually, I gave them up a while ago, but it's not an instant thing. One must persist. Just like our beliefs, many of our expectations are subtle, are buried in the subconscious. They are actually woven in with our beliefs. The more of these old beliefs I let go, the more I discover that I am whole – not just whole, but the Whole – the One. The world, the whole Cosmos is fractal, it seems to me. That means everything contains it all. Just imagine, the Milky Way inside your chest. Paints a pretty picture, doesn't it? Also, do recall you don't have a chest – your body does. That isn't the real You. See the difference between saying “my chest” and “the chest?” See the implications of that – the identification, once again, with the form? This, too, is woven in everywhere – at least that was the Illuminati's intent – TPTW. They want us kept small, prevented from ever awakening to our true nature, our Essence – Higher Self. Well, let's let them be afraid – for they are quite terrified. Even though they are not at all de-fanged and de-clawed, yet, they're well on their way. It's a never-say-die thing with them, though, so it's best to have our own act together – to be ready to stand in full integrity, no matter what comes. That's all we're responsible for, after all – only the self. It turns out that's no small thing, of course. If we contain Cosmos – well, what are the implications of that? Yikes, right?! You bet. Just don't think about it, though. Let it be a Heart thing, instead. I find it works out much better that way. Besides, just in Being, just in living in our integrity – in following our bliss – it turns out everything else gets taken care of. While I can't tell you how or why this works, does that really matter so much? Do you see how those are just mind questions? Heart knows all such stuff, but until we find our way in and take up residence, we're not likely to stumble onto such understanding. Just by living in full integrity this way, the old beliefs will come up, be seen, and just fall away. By being true to our Essence, lower self gets taken care of, beautifully – that is, it fades nicely into the background, giving Heart the lead. What better way to continue living in integrity than to have Heart running the show?
As each old beliefs dies away, we are that much free-er and our vision is that much clearer. No one ever taught us how beliefs cramp our style – and our freedom – and our vision. Yet they do. Try this out for yourself – change a few beliefs. See what comes. Don't just believe me or anyone else. That's not being true to You – to the real divine one you are. Plus, the natural outcome of all of this is that more and more of that power you once traded off, gave away, is coming back home to you – where it belongs. When you catch the self playing the victim – pointing fingers of blame here or there – watch out. Be self-aware enough to catch the self in the act. Often enough, my friends, just the seeing will be the undoing of that. I can't tell you how many times it's worked out that way for me. It's become a new belief – but one I hold ever so lightly. Beliefs, in and of themselves, are not the issue. Clinging to them is. Attachment is the issue. Let's find it in ourselves, then, to know when and what to release – to let go. As we do clarity continues to increase. Discernment improves, too. Take up your place in Heart – your actual throne there – and see your life skyrocket, just as you've desired it to do. Just be aware, though – it won't be at all what you expected. It never is. So be open to that. No more expectations, remember? See you again, soon. Namaste.
release old beliefs, get out of mind, Source God or Spirit, OWN being divine, Higher Self as Essence, you are not the body or mind, being multidimensional, Being not doing, mind is never in Now, no past or future, watch words, take power back, all is fractal, no expectations, nothing comes out as expected, , watch and observe, awaken or enlighten, flexible perspective, center in Heart, let go or surrender
