No. 73) is fully unopposed. At the time the motion was filed, Rambus could represent only that the motion was partially unopposed. The International Trade Commission and Intervenors Garmin International, Inc. and HGST, Inc. had informed Rambus that they do not oppose the motion. responded to Rambus’s requests for consent to the motion. In the time since the motion was filed, however, all remaining Intervenors have informed Rambus that they do not oppose the motion. Accordingly, Rambus can now confirm that the motion is fully unopposed. Rambus regrets the necessity of this additional filing. Because the motion is unopposed, and for the reasons given in Rambus’s December 17 motion and declaration in support thereof, Rambus respectfully requests a 60-day extension of time to file its opening brief, from January 7, 2013, to March 8, 2013.
