I seek refuge of ALLAH from Satan the accursed In the name of ALLAH the Most Beneficent the Most

Merciful
ALLAH says in the Holy Quran, Surah Al-Baqarah, verses (275-279): 275. Those who devour Usury will not stand (on the day of judgement) except as stand one whom the Evil one by his touch Hath driven to madness. That is because they say: "Trade is like usury," but Allah hath permitted trade and forbidden usury. Those who after receiving direction from their Lord, desist, shall be pardoned for the past; their case is for Allah (to judge); but those who repeat (The offence) are companions of the Fire: They will abide therein (for ever). 276. Allah will deprive usury of all blessing, but will give increase for deeds of charity: For He loveth not creatures ungrateful and wicked. 277. Those who believe, and do deeds of righteousness, and establish regular prayers and regular charity, will have their reward with their Lord: on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve. 278. O ye who believe! Fear Allah, and give up what remains of your demand for usury, if ye are indeed believers. 279. If ye do it not, Take notice of war from Allah and His Messenger: but if ye turn back, ye shall have your capital sums: Deal not unjustly, and ye shall not be dealt with unjustly. ALLAH says in surah Aal-e-imran, verse no.130: O ye who believe! Devour not usury, doubled and multiplied; but fear Allah; that ye may (really) prosper. (3:130) ALLAH says in surah Al-room, verse no.39 : That which ye lay out for increase through the property of (other) people, will have no increase with Allah: but that which ye lay out for charity, seeking the Countenance of Allah, (will increase): it is these who will get a recompense multiplied. (30:39) Sahih Muslim Book 010, Chapter: Riba, Hadith Number 3849:

'Uthman b. 'Affan (raziallahu taaala anhu) reported Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Do not sell a dinar for two dinars and one dirham for two dirhams.

Sahih Muslim Book 010, Number 3881: Jabir (raziallahu taaala anhu) said that Allah's Messenger (may peace be upon him) cursed the accepter of interest and its payer, and one who records it, and the two witnesses, and he said: They are all equal.

Sahih Bukhari, Volume 8, Book 82, Number 840: Narrated Abu Huraira(raziallahu taaala anhu): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Avoid the seven great destructive sins". They (the people) asked, "O Allah's Apostle! What are they?" He said, "To join partners in worship with Allah; to practice sorcery; to kill the life which Allah has forbidden except for a just cause (according to Islamic law); to eat up usury (Riba), to eat up the property of an orphan; to give one's back to the enemy and freeing from the battle-field at the time of fighting and to accuse chaste women who never even think of anything touching chastity and are good believers." Allah says in the Holy Quran Chapter 39 Surah Zumur verses 53-54:
53. Say: "O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. 54. "Turn ye to your Lord (in repentance) and bow to His (Will), before the Penalty comes on you: after that ye shall not be helped.
