General questions What are the main obstacles to gender equality in the Georgia? What are the areas in which women and men are the most unequal/ face the greatest challenges to equality? Implementation of the Gender Equality policy in Georgia - what was achieved under? Where do challenges remain? How have CSOs/NGOs been involved in the process of drafting recent government policies on gender equality? Gender Statistics From participants’ perspective, what challenges they encounter when using gender statistics? What are some of the main challenges in terms of gender statistics in the country?

Education and Health What are the main issues from gender perspective in the education system? What are some of the important health issues for women in Georgia?

Financial Sector and Livelihoods What is the nature of women’s employment in the Azerbaijan? Are women working in the formal and informal sectors and are they selfemployed? In which sectors do women mainly work? Do women face discrimination in the labour market? How are women involved in entrepreneurship? What does women’s entrepreneurship mean? What barriers do women in business face? What are the primary obstacles women faces in accessing credit? Are there other programs connected with lending and credit for women (business planning, for example)? What kinds of initiatives (programs, laws, regulations etc.) are needed to assist women business owners?

Roads and Transport How do women mainly use roads and transportation? Where are they going and for what primary reasons? Water and Sanitation What complaints and priorities do women have in terms of improving access to and quality of water and sanitation systems? How are decisions made about water management and sanitation? What mechanisms exist for women to participate in decision making and management concerning water and sanitation (at the grassroots, local, regional or national level)?
